I liked it that you have the possibility to choose the option for small children to sleep in their parents bed. When I was looking for rooms before, I was always forced to purchase two rooms, booking for 2 adults and 2 children. Thank you for the option.

Experienced no problems. Smooth.

I like the search criteria and the different options you can use to try and get that elusive location v price v quality. Lot's of information given that I don't have to go hunting for (cost of breakfast / parking place if not included etc.). Booking was straight forward without lot's of pop up's saying book now book now etc. Being able to select different currencies v language (e.g. UK + Euro) would be a bonus. The site is not too busy in terms of colour or bells and whistles, but just maybe it's aimed at an older generation where that's not so important. Probably a 4.5 but I'm a hard scorer. I will definitively be using it again for German accommodation - which it seem well geared to - in future.

Before the trip was not determined, in a hotel set several times. I feel embarrassed. The day before yesterday finally arranged a trip, and in the same hotel reservation. In the final analysis is still very good. Strong support

The website is too horrible. I can't change the language in simple Chinese.
Always show me error after clicking the booking button. I need to repeat this process several times.

I recently booked a hotel via HRS however upon receiving the confirmation it was the wrong hotel. The hotel selected is connected to the one that I required however it selected the hotel in Gatwick no Cardiff as per my order. I emailed my details explaining the issue and I was told 'It is not technically possible to change the hotel during the booking.

The hotel you want is directly related to the hotel you booked.

It is more likely that they have accidentally selected the wrong hotel."

No only did this ignore the issue, it offered no help to the issue despite confirming it wasn't my fault. It's been 10 days and I am now being ignored despite sending chaser emails. Terrible customer service and really poor speed when responding to issues.

Seems like another poorly constructed website, trying to make a quick buck!

Easy and effective to use and provided all required information, especially the all important pictures .

Présidente d'une association, nous voyageons beaucoup. J'ai fait des réservations pour la première fois sur ce site qui n'apparaît pas sur les moteurs de recherche français...C'est en Belgique que ce site de réservation est apparu....

I like Hrs.com in the fact that it sometimes offer price discount and send a PDF confirmation.

In my experience the price is consistently cheaper than other sites. occasionally I find a place not listed but the range is always good. I have been using it for over 12 years.

I used HRS for the first time, their prices were the most competitive for the hotel I was trying to book. The website is easy to use, very informative and had no issues with the hotel when I arrived as well..Thanks HRS - will keep using HRS going forward! ;)
