Condiciones abusivas de reserva (500 € para una estancia de fin de semana en la que realmente estás un día y medio en la casa ya que la hora de salida son las 10 de la mañana). Condiciones de la casa mejorables, poco menaje, un armario roto y humedades y hormigas en la habitación del sótano. Mi experiencia no ha sido buena

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was excellent — close to the city center with easy access to the main streets, yet tucked away in a less touristy area that gave us a genuine local experience. The accommodation was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped, which made cooking simple and convenient.

One of the highlights was the jacuzzi on the second floor — a perfect spot to relax after exploring Mallorca. The rooms were comfortable, with their own AC unit, which was a big plus. The stairs to the second floor are quite steep, but they felt solid and safe.

Overall, a great place to stay if you want a mix of comfort, convenience, and a more authentic Mallorca atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Problemlose Buchung, urige Finka mit riesiger Außenanlage (mit Pool u kleinem Teich mit Fischen u Fröschen), ruhig gelegen. Einziger Minuspunkt eine sehr durchgelegene Matratze (soll aber laut Eigentümerin nächste Saison gewechselt werden. Wir (9 Personen) haben uns einfach nur wohl gefühlt!

First was the deposit of €250 after I had paid. This info was hidden below covid I instructions. So somewhat outdated. I did not book an Air B&B. To late to cancel without losing money. I will be making an official complaint to Booking.com.
The property.
Old uncomfortable beds and furniture.
Smelly top sheet with no blankets, spare or otherwise. Not acceptable.
Bathroom, shower room OK. 2nd bathroom was unusable due to the smell of drains.
Kitchen, poorly equipped. With a toaster that I don't believe is even legal. It was a burn/death trap. How was this ancient piece of equipment allowed in a rental apartment??!! This needs to be reviewed immediately. Before somebody has a serious accident. We took a video and showed it to our friends. They thought it was a joke.
Lounge diner, the TV was in the dining room, not the lounge. We had to rearrange the furniture to allow us to sit in discomfort to watch TV.
TV, non of the apps worked on the TV so we could not log onto our own Netflix or any other channel.
Incredulous all round.

Das Organisatorische war in Ordnung, es war immer jemand zu erreichen.

Hometri is een bedrijf achter verhuur van een vakantiehuis dat we huurden op Mallorca. De communicatie was uitstekend. De basisvoorzieningen in het huisje waren onvoldoende aanwezig. Denk aan: afwasmiddel, droogdoeken, afwassponsjes, vaatwastabletten, zout & peper, etc.

Wir hatten eine tolle Wohnung direkt am Meer. Der Ablauf war reibungslos und alle offenen Fragen wurden von Homerti direkt und zeitnah beantwortet.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit vielen gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten.
Bei dem Strand sollte man explizit auf einen Naturstrand oder mit Algen versetzen Stand hinweisen.
