Homerti Arvostelua 

Die Finca ist sehr schön gelegen und sauber. Schöner Pool mit Liegestühlen und ein großer Garten mit altem Baumbestand.
Toll ausgestattete Küche mit Toaster , Mikrowelle , Backofen, Wasserkocher, Waschmaschine, Fön… alles vorhanden.
Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder

Vi lejede et hus på Mallorca, som administreres af Hometri. Huset hedder Son Coll.
Vi lejede gennem Booking.com og i deres beskrivelse står intet om, at der lige ved huset, kører et tog i frekvens 10-12 minut fra kl. ca. 5,45 om morgenen til kl. 01 om natten. Der var ingen hjælp eller kompensation at hente - de var fuldstændig ligeglade med, at det ikke var til at være i huset - kunne ikke tale sammen når toget passerede og forestil jer at ligge ved pool og prøve at slappe af og hygge sig - ikke muligt.
Så pas på - de er iskolde!

Casa Mallorquina con encanto, no estaba en condiciones de alquiler, piscina con agua turbia, de 3 baños en 2 no funcionaba el agua caliente, 1 ventilador no funcionaba... Hice la reclamación, gestión nefasta, el agua de la piscina quedó limpia el último dia, agua caliente no se gestionaron los arreglos, en fin que no pudimos disfrutar de la casa como deberíamos según lo publicitado.
Además, he enviado mails a Homerti pidiendo explicación y no dan respuesta.

positivos tranquilidad y limpieza. Buen desayuno.
negastivos: no hay personal, tuve que acer yo mismo el chek-in y te mandan un còdigo para acceder al hotel y a la habitación. Ademàs no funcionó....todos los contactos telefónicos se hacen con Valencia.

Ein rundum schöner Urlaub auf dieser Finca, auch wenn vielleicht das i-Tüpfelchen fehlte.

Ganas de facilitar la bienvenida a un huésped.
Trabajar con algo de pasión y amor a lo que se hace, dejando de tratar a los clientes como si no estuvieran pagando.

The appartment was very nice.
Homerti arranged it very good.

I was not pleased with the place at rented. For Homerty I will recommend to check on the properties before renting it. I did get the wrong code to enter the property so I had to have a neighbor help me. The place did not have the necessary things to make anyone’s stay a pleasant one. Toilet paper, paper towels, broom , pool towels, stagnant waters that make a perfect place for mosquitoes. BBQ area dirty, bssketball and tennis court unusable. Your personnel was not available to help with small issues. I rented through VRBO which is vacation rental by owner not a company. Not a happy client

Superb accommodation in a beautiful position. We had already stayed next door at Vistamar and this holiday did not disappoint. The accommodation had everything we needed. On site parking and a great beach bar - Pepes - a few minutes walk away.

Il posto è molto carino, ben curato, tranquillo, molto isolato.
Permette una buona privacy fra le varie abitazioni.
Sarebbe utile u sistema più semplice all'arrivo, non c'è nessuno al quale chiedere informazioni, arrivando tardi la sera è tutto buio e non si trova facilmente l'appartamento.

He contactado varias veces con el equipo y el servicio siempre fue malísimo. Todos los agentes eran muy secos y poco simpatícos. La impresión que daban era como tenía muy pocas ganas de estar trabajando. Por ejemplo, había avisado varias veces a que hora iba a llegar y aún así no lo habían comunicado bien con la
dueña del alojamiento. Enfin, mala experiencia.

Sehr gute Anbieter. Hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Alle notwendigen Infos wurde frühzeitig gegeben.
Auch die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben.

Questions pre booking were answered very promptly and the link regarding property info on the VRBO app provided comprehensive details.

The only thing that concerned me was that we couldn't receive the key code until 15 mins before the check in time of 4.00 p.m. This was a worry as the property was quite rural, but all went without a hitch. Damage deposit returned in timely manner.

First time we have used this agent and would be happy to do so again.

Lovely property and location, had everything we needed for a family getaway, Gretel too was very helpful.

The only downside was having to pay the deposit in cash rather than credit card.

Poorly stocked, hard beds, no extra pillows or blankets, no instructions, no WiFi info posted, had to call for password, WiFi only worked if you are within 20 feet of modem,kitchen freezer does work, oven didn’t work had to use toaster oven, no soap in the bathrooms, no towels to use at the pool, 1 small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no backup, front door took a should bump to get it to open the ladies in the group could not open by themselves.
On the good side the house is beautiful and the area is very nice, just not well maintained.
I could not in good conscience recommend this place.
