We eventually checked into the villa 5 hours later there reply was to go shopping I explained we had been up since 1 in the morning we were all very tired. They only answered the phone to me once would only reply on watts app took the cleaners 3 hours to arrive after she told me 30 mins. The villa was full on ants they really didn’t care, there compensation was £45. First time I’ve booked with them and it will be the last 😡😡😡😡 the pool was dirty nobody came to clean it absolutely disgusting for the money we paid. Horrendous company customer service non existent

Zero customer service
Ons vakantiehuis was perfect wat betreft locatie, in het hart van Puerto Pollenca. De 3 kamers met bijhorende badkamers waren goed : zeer goede bedden en vernieuwde badkamers. Keuken en living waren ruim en in orde. Het houten terras rond het zwembad daarentegen is gevaarlijk met losliggende en kapotte planken. Plungepool was fijn om af en toe eens af te koelen. Maar wat betreft customer service kunnen ze nog wat leren bij Sealandvillas. Tijdens het boeking proces heb ik gevraagd voor een late checkout (onze vlucht was pas om 20u50) ik kreeg tot tweemaal toe het antwoord dat ze mij dat konden confirmeren 2 dagen voor aankomst. Dus ik stel opnieuw de vraag. Dan krijg ik ineens het antwoord dat ik die vraag terug moet stellen 2 dagen voor vertrek. Ondertussen zie ik op de website dat de villa pas de dag na ons vertrek terug verhuurd is, dus ik stel de vraag terug 2 dagen voor vertrek, hun antwoord is dat een late checkout afhangt van de planning van de cleaning. Dus in plaats van de klantenservice voorop te stellen en de cleaning te vragen om de dag erna het huis te poetsen zodat wij , met twee kinderen en temperaturen boven de 30 graden, kunnen genieten van een late checkout, plant sealandvillas alles rond de schedule van housekeeping. Terwijl ze die request hal hadden gekregen op het moment van de boeking in maart! Wij hebben zelfs voorgesteld om hiervoor een som te betalen. Maar uiteindelijk een korte, droge mail met de boodschap: sorry, lukt niet. Dat geeft ons ook niet echt meer de mogelijkheid om iets anders te regelen zodat we niet een hele dag met onze koffers moeten sleuren en na nog een dagje strand zo op het vliegtuig moeten stappen. Dit is duidelijk geen moeite willen doen voor je klanten. En onze tussentijdse poets die inbegrepen was in de prijs toen we boekten is nooit gebeurd. Conclusie: het huis was ok maar ik boek nooit meer met Sealandvillas. Leugens en aan het lijntje houden om toch maar de boeking binnen te halen en als puntje bij paaltje komt :zero customer service.Nog een extra klacht: de checkout was om 10u maar om 9u stond er al iemand om het zwembad te reinigen, dus de kinderen konden zelfs niet het laatste uurtje van het zwembad genieten terwijl de volwassenen de koffers pakten en het huis terug klaarmaakten voor de poets. En de poetsploeg stond al aan de deur te bellen om 9u40.

We would like to clarify a few points regarding your request for a late checkout.
Although the villa may appear available and there may be no new arrival scheduled for the following day, this does not mean that we can leave the property uncleaned and arrange the cleaning for the day after. The preparation of each villa depends on the planning and availability of our housekeeping teams, who work according to an established schedule to ensure that every property is properly prepared and presented to the highest standard for the next guests.
Late checkout requests are always handled upon request and are subject to availability. In your case, we consulted with the relevant team, and we were informed that it was not possible to approve the request. We communicated this information to you as soon as we received confirmation. We would also like to clarify that when a late checkout can be authorised, there is no additional charge for this service; it simply depends on operational requirements and the availability of the housekeeping team.
When booking the villa, the standard check-in and check-out times are provided from the beginning of the reservation process. We therefore recommend that guests take these times into account when arranging their flights and travel plans, especially in cases where it is not possible to extend the use of the property beyond the scheduled checkout time.
We are sorry that this situation caused inconvenience and we appreciate your understanding of the procedures required to ensure that each villa is properly prepared for all our guests.

We recently stayed in Pollenca at Villa Calvario. The property was exceptionally well managed by Sealand Villas. All instructions for the villa were given well in advance and the property was immaculate. Villa surpassed our expectations. We had a wonderful holiday experience and would definitely use Sealand Villas again in the future.

Grundsätzlich war die Abwicklung von der Buchung bis hin zum Aufenthalt sehr gut. Wir waren von 22.06.2026 bis 28.06.2026 in der Finca LA PLANA in der Nähe von Pollenca. Das letzte E-Mail mit den wichtigen Daten, wie Koordinaten, Schlüssel Code waren sehr hilfreich. Da wir in der Nacht angekommen sind, wäre eine Beleuchtung mit dem Namen der Finca am Tor hilfreich gewesen. Leider sind am nächsten Tag einige Missstände aufgetreten. Im unteren Badezimmer war der Wasserdruck sehr gering. Der Abfluss am Waschbecken war verstopft (Reparatur selbst behoben) Kaffeefiltermaschine war verkalkt und hat nicht funktioniert. Die Batterien der Fernbedienung waren leer. Die Bodeneinigung im Haus war mangelhaft (Staub und Sand sichtbar). Die Kühlschränke sind auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Den Kühlschrank im Waschraum mussten wir stabilisieren, da ein Fuß bereits abgebrochen war. Nachdem erst um 0900 Uhr Kontaktpersonen erreichbar sind, wurde nach Anruf die defekte Filterkaffeemaschine rasch ausgetauscht. Die Ausstattung im Küchenbereich könnte besser sein (Töpfe, Schüssel usw.) Generell ist die Finca aber sehr schön. Für 8 Erwachsene wäre es aber eng geworden. Der Terrassentisch ist nur für 6 Personen ausgelegt. Mit Kinder würde es gehen. Die gebuchte Wochenreinigung hat nicht stattgefunden. Daher nur 4 Sterne.

Villa Fullos is fantastic, close enough to Pollenca to no feel remote, but far enough away to provide a peaceful countryside holiday.
The villa is well equipped, very spacious and was exceptionally clean. We would highly recommend it.

This was honestly one of the best stays I’ve ever been to. Felt like a hotel, all the rooms were perfect, own bathrooms, spacious and perfect lounge and kitchen. Then a massive pool and balconies!
It was on a peaceful location, close to town, just the whole place was perfect for families, or for us a girls trip. Would come back again in a heartbeat!

We had a fantastic villa near Pollença
We had a fantastic villa near Pollença, beautifully renovated and spacious grounds with complete privacy and lovely pool. The villa was a ten minute drive from Pollenca and just a couple more minutes to Port De Pollenca, so loads of shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
We ate out, cooked at home and BBq’d by the pool.
Also a great location to start an island tour.
The hosts were not needed but always accessible when I contacted them to ask for some details.
We will return!!!!!

Sealand Villas einfach nur schlecht.
Wir waren, fast vier Wochen, in Port Pollenca in der Villa Mar I Pins. Ein Haus mit Meerblick und im oberen Preissegment zu finden. Bei unserer Ankunft roch es beim aufmachen der Tür nach Klärgestank, das war unerträglich. Wir haben das sofort gemeldet. Zwei Tage später, kam ein Mitarbeiter und hat Chlor in den Toiletten und Duschen verteilt, was nicht geholfen hat und nur Chlorgase verursachte. Es hat sich keiner weiter darum gekümmert, obwohl das Reinigungsteam die Verantwortlichen mehrfach telefonisch darauf hingewiesen haben. Ferner war bei der Ankunft, das Sofa kaputt gebrochen. Es mangelte an recht vielen Sachen, die ich garnicht alle erwähnen will. So übergebe ich keine so teure Villa. Das Unternehmen ( vorher Eaesy Villas ), hat zwar den Namen gewechselt, aber alles Andere ist einfach genauso schlecht geblieben. Diese Firma ist einfach nur Unterirdisch und ich rate davon ab. Suchen Sie sich lieber eine professionelle Vermietung. Man hat sich bis zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt nicht mit uns in Verbindung gesetzt, geschweige denn uns eine vernünftige Entschädigung angeboten. Die sitzen das wohl einfach aus und wechseln sicher bald wieder einmal ihren Namen. Finger weg von Sealand Villas. Sie tun sich damit einen riesen Gefallen.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns sehr leid zu lesen, dass Ihr Aufenthalt durch die von Ihnen beschriebenen Probleme beeinträchtigt wurde, und wir bedauern aufrichtig, dass Ihr Urlaubserlebnis nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.
Wir können sehr gut nachvollziehen, wie unangenehm und störend ein Abflussgeruch sein kann, insbesondere wenn man im Urlaub in einer Villa wohnt. Das ist sicherlich nicht die Erfahrung, die wir unseren Gästen wünschen.
Als wir auf das Problem aufmerksam gemacht wurden, hat unser Team einen Techniker beauftragt, die Unterkunft zu besuchen, um das Problem zu begutachten und zu beheben. Auch das Problem mit dem Sofa wurde überprüft und behoben. Es tut uns jedoch leid, dass diese Maßnahmen Ihr Vertrauen in den Aufenthalt nicht wiederherstellen konnten und Sie sich nicht gut betreut gefühlt haben.
Seien Sie versichert, dass wir die Anliegen unserer Gäste nicht ignorieren. Die Erfahrung jedes einzelnen Gastes liegt uns sehr am Herzen, und viele Familien kehren Jahr für Jahr zu uns zurück, was wir sehr schätzen. Es tut uns aufrichtig leid, dass Sie einen anderen Eindruck gewonnen haben.
Wie in unserer direkten E-Mail an Sie erwähnt, wurde Ihr Fall gemäß unseren Buchungsbedingungen geprüft, einschließlich einer etwaigen Entschädigung, sofern zutreffend. Wir stehen Ihnen weiterhin über unsere direkten Kommunikationskanäle zur Verfügung, um das Gespräch mit Ihnen fortzusetzen.

Nous avons passé 10 jours à Pollensa dans cette très agréable villa très spacieuses avec ces 4 grandes chambres
Un espace cuisine salle à manger au top
Nous n’avons pas pu profiter du RDC avec le jardin et la piscine car il faisait encore un peu froid

Nous sommes désolés que le temps ne vous ait pas permis de profiter pleinement du jardin et de la piscine, mais nous espérons avoir le plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau lors d’un séjour plus ensoleillé.
