Homerti Arvostelua 

We had a very disappointing experience with this management „Homerti“ company and would not recommend booking through them.

The villa „Finca Sa Font in Lloret de Vistalegre“ itself has the potential to be beautiful, but unfortunately it was in a very poor condition when we arrived. The property was dirty, there was mold in several areas, and several electrical sockets were not working. One of the showers inside the house was broken, and the pool area was also in unacceptable condition. The pool was dirty, the pool filtration system was not functioning properly, and the outdoor shower did not work.

Despite reporting these issues immediately, the response was extremely poor. The company sent a pool maintenance worker twice, but neither visit resolved the problem.

Communication throughout our stay was slow, unprofessional, and frustrating. We had to send multiple emails and make several phone calls just to receive updates or assistance. We felt that our concerns were not taken seriously.

To make matters worse, despite all of these issues significantly affecting our holiday, we did not receive any refund or meaningful compensation.

Looking back, we regret booking directly with the management company. Had we booked through a platform such as Airbnb or Booking.com, we would at least have had access to customer support and a formal dispute resolution process. Instead, we felt we had very little protection when the problems remained unresolved.

It's a real shame because the villas themselves could be lovely if they were properly maintained and managed. However, based on our experience, we cannot recommend booking with this management company.

Holiday from hell, this company lied to us, refused to help, hung up and refused to answer calls. We have traveled extensively and the villa looked beautiful online. Reality was a very dated villa with most importantly no working AC in 3 rooms! Cigarette butts all over the poolside with broken glass and rubbish and tiles missing all over a filthy pool. We contacted them immediately due to 3 member of our group having medical issues with the risk of over heating a real danger. They did nothing, eventually sent someone who acknowledged the aircon was broken but the company told us it was fine. Over 30 degrees in bedrooms is unacceptable. Ended up dragging mattresses onto the floor of the air conditioned rooms and 5 adults slept on the floor of a bedroom in an attempt to stay cool. We were lied to, ignored and they truly made the first couple days hell for us. We eventually had to move villas at a huge cost to us. They made every step impossible and had the audacity to tell us there was nothing wrong with our villa, we have video and photographic proof of all issues the including the temperature. Only due to Booking.com seeing our issues have been a constant with previous guests and helping us. They were clearly about to see this. Stay away and book with many of the other fabulous companies you can find on the island!

Be very very careful of using this company! I would avoid at all costs. Our experience was the worst customer experience I have ever had.
Upon arrival at our villa, there were major issues (mostly aircon not working in 38 degrees and pool being filthy and broken).
They sent out a technician who confirmed 3 out of 5 bedroom air cons weren’t working and he could not fix it.
Homerti emailed me after he left stating that everything was working fine and there were no issues.
They told me if I wanted to cancel, we had to leave the villa and cancel our stay and then they would send round an associate to check the facilities and if we could get a refund. Thankfully we took video evidence of everything as unsurprisingly, they said everything was working fine and we had no right to any refund. I can’t post pictures of the temperature in the rooms but please see photos of the pool which they said was clean and in full working order. This villa cost 5,500 euro. It wasn’t a budget villa!
Thankfully having sent all of our proof to booking.com, they confirmed that many other people had complained about the same thing here and they refunded us.
I think Homerti was the worst customer experience I have ever had. They totally ruined my holiday. They are dishonest and I would avoid using them at all costs in future.

Unsere Wohnung in der nähe von malaga war auf den Bildern sehr schick und modern. Bei Ankunft jedoch erschloss sich uns leider ein komplett anderes Bild. Schmutzig, Polstermöbel fleckig und löchrig, Küche extrem verschmutzt inklusive Schimmelbildung im Kühlschrank. Haare auf den Betten, klebrige Böden und balkonmöbel, welche auch sehr schäbig waren . Kein Wasser im Pool usw usw usw.
Wir sind abends nach Hause geflogen.
Leider hat Homerti diesbezüglich nicht mit sich reden lassen.
Zum Glück haben wir über PayPal den kompletten Betrag erstattet bekommen.
Nie wieder Homerti..zumindest waren wir Sonntags auf einen Kaffee in Malaga und abends wieder zuhause.
Schlimme Erfahrung!!!!!!!!!

Wir hatten eine Finca in einem sehr hübschen und ruhigen Ort, Mancor del la Vall, auf Mallorca. Der Ort hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ebenso die dortigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung hatte eine grundsätzlich zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Bei der Küchenausstattung hätten wir uns etwas mehr Praxisbezug gewünscht. Die zum Schlafzimmer hin offene Toilette war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Leider scheint sich niemand regelmäßig um die Wohnung zu kümmern, denn als wir ankamen, lief das Waschbecken nicht ab und das Wasser stand. Außerdem wurden in der Küche kaputte Gegenstände nicht entsorgt.
Als ein großes Manko von Homerti empfanden wir die fehlende oder schlechte Information. Dazu einige Beispiele: Der Zugangscode und die dürftige Information zur Abfallentsorgung, sowie zur Hausordnung befanden sich unter dem Link "Vervollständigen Sie Ihre Reservierung", was wir ja schon getan hatten. Das muss man erst einmal herausfinden! Außerdem gab es keinerlei brauchbare Information zur Abfallentsorgung, die man selbst mit Mülltrennung bewerkstelligen sollte. Uns hat das am Ende einen halben Tag gekostet. Außerdem hat es 3 Tage gedauert, bis das verstopfte Waschbecken repariert wurde, weil bei Homerti die Information nicht richtig an den Besitzer weitergegeben wurde. Ich habe die Mitarbeiterinnen z.T. als sehr unhöflich am Telefon empfunden, wenn sie nicht wirklich weiterhelfen konnten (s. Abfallentsorgung), weil sie selbst nicht richtig Bescheid wussten. Es wäre auch wünschenswert, darüber informiert zu werden, wo man sein Auto parken kann. Denn in den kleinen Gassen ist dies nicht möglich. Auch da war erst einmal Suchaufwand angesagt.

Der Service ist ausgezeichnet. Unsere Unterkunft in Portocolom war wunderbar gelegen, top ausgegestattet, sehr sauber. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Very nice house with big green garden, natural grass, and lot of trees and flower and space to spend outside. In nearby sheeps, cows, even donkey - so very much village landscape. What is missing is roofing which would allow to sit outside during the rain.
Inside as well specious with 3 separate bedrooms. The offer shows 2 kitchens, but only 1 kitchen has kitchen equipment (plates, glassed etc). Still the main kitchen equipped with everything what needed.
Overall rate would be 5 - stars if not something biting me at night in the main bedroom. For sure these were not mosquitos, as 3 weeks after the stay I have still red itchy marks around my hands and feet (bedbugs?).

The accommodation was very beautiful and located in a great area. We had a wonderful time there, even with kids. Everything was comfortable and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Nice apartement, lots of space, perfect location, but short on toilett paper, washing gel, daily products. You wann acook, start buying salt and oil...

Great house, very good service. Homerti answered very quickly to all our questions. We are very happy.

Wir hatten eine Finca bei Lloseta gemietet. Alles OK nur der Pool war kalt aber das ist im April normal.
Die benötige Hilfe von Homerti war schnell und sehr freundlich.
Wir buchen gerne wieder.

Great as always from start to the end it was an excellent service and the house was awesome like all the other times we did rent with Homerti. Thank you it was a pleasure.

The property was brilliant but our stay was completely let down by Homerti, the booking agent, who have charged us 90 EUR for rubbish collection. We received a guide from them telling us to dispose of our rubbish at a local disposal centre, and we tried to do this - however it was closed, and they offered no alternative. I made Homerti aware of this in advance and we still seperated all the rubbish, however they completely disregarded this and have charged me anyway.

The actual owner of the property has confirmed that the disposal location was shut. Now Homerti are completely ignoring me and my questions. It is a shame as until this scam, we had an excellent stay, however as a result of Homerti's ineptitude I cannot recommend this booking at all.

Mi experiencia en el apartamento Alameda de Hércules en Sevilla fue absolutamente nefasta y, sinceramente, peligrosa para la salud. Nada más entrar, el olor era insoportable, a humedad y suciedad acumulada. Al inspeccionar un poco más, descubrimos que las paredes estaban llenas de moho, algo completamente inaceptable y más aún para alguien como yo que sufre de asma. La situación fue tan grave que tuve que acudir a urgencias.
La falta de higiene era evidente en todos los rincones: telarañas, polvo acumulado, presencia de arañas y otros insectos a simple vista. Era un lugar totalmente inhabitable.
Además, nos obligaban a abandonar el apartamento a las 10 de la mañana “para limpiar”, cuando era evidente que allí no había limpiado nadie en meses.
Intenté ponerme en contacto con la empresa responsable para buscar una solución, pero no obtuve ninguna respuesta. Si surge cualquier problema, se desentienden completamente, sin importar el riesgo que eso pueda suponer para los huéspedes.
Espero sinceramente que tomen medidas y que un lugar en estas condiciones no siga operando, ya que supone un riesgo real para cualquiera que se aloje allí. Por mi parte, ya he presentado una denuncia para evitar que otras personas pasen por esta situación.

Teníamos un apartamento reservado con ellos en Jerez de la frontera, 8 meses mínimo, pagada fianza de 100€ y la cuota del apartamento. Pues bien hoy no lo anulan faltando 2 días para el checkin , alegando motivos personales, cuando sabemos perfectamente que son motivos económicos por el evento que se aproxima en la ciudad
Unos auténticos sinvergüenzas, solo espero que por la página donde reservamos el alojamiento los sancione como se merecen y no les de visibilidad y se coman su apartamento.

Das Ferienhaus war außen wunderschön angelegt, mit verschiedenen gemütlichen Sitzecken, innen roch es allerdings sehr muffig in jedem Zimmer standen Duftflacons die den Geruch übertönen sollten, das war nicht so schön. Den großen Wirrlpool konnten wir leider nicht benuten das Wasser einen grünstich hatte und sehr unangenehm roch,laut Hausbeschreibung sollte der Besitzer alle zwei Tage kommen um das Wasser zu überprüfen, das ist leider in der ganzen Woche nicht geschehen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist super schön ruhig , aber man ist schnell am Meer oder in Santanyi.
Die Abwicklung mit Homerti hat gut geklappt.

The house is very nice and has some true Spanish character. The house is as well very spacious with five bedrooms out of which two bedrooms have a desk, which allows to work if needed. The outside area is very pleasant and above all the location is unbeatable as it is very close to the sea, and to the promenade.
