Our stay in your apartment was very peaceful and pleasant! Thank you for trusting us in your home! All amenities and facilities within the home were amazing! Only thing is the pool was very cold and would have been better if it had been heated. Definitely recommend anyone who wants a quite peaceful time away in the most authentic part of Mallorca this is the place to stay!

We spent the entire month of March at Sa Plana and had a wonderful bicycling holiday. The finca is spacious, clean and well equipped. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had. I can’t imagine a better host!

The location is perfect for access to the beach, the mountains, and nearby towns for restaurants and shopping, but is in the quiet and peacefulness of the country. It is easily in walking distance to the lovely village of Calvia which has several good restaurants and shops.

It is the perfect location for a bicycle holiday with easy access to riding in the Tramuntana We are already planning to come back next spring….and maybe this fall as well!

Confusing experience. I booked through VRBO then started getting emails from Homerti, and it took a bit of digging around to find out who they were, so somehow was working through 2 layers of apartment mgmt. The unit itself was clean enough but so very cheaply basic as far as furnishings, and hardly any supplies of hand soap or TP. Mgmt couldnt even explain to me where/how to get rid of trash. So all in all not an experience I would care to repeat.

The location of the finca is unique, with views of Sóller and the surrounding mountains. The house has everything you need. Communication with the landlords is very good. We recommend the finca and will be back again.

Note: Getting there is not easy, but it is doable.

Todo fue muy rápido y fácil la renta estuvo espectacular

Si quieres desconectar, es el sitio perfecto. Muy atentos con todo.

Large spacious apartment. We went in the winter and it was particularly cold so unfortunately the heating wasn’t sufficient as it only has heating in one bedroom and the lounge. This meant that due to heavy frequent rain, the unheated bedroom had water enter through window and was damp and very cold. Other than this, it is a beautiful apartment with plentiful appliances and well furnished.

Fue muy difícil la comunicación con el anfitrión y a partir del segundo día de la estancia no hubo respuesta. Además la comunicación que hubo con el anfitrión fue a través de un intermediario. Y con este intermediario tampoco era directa porque te contestaba un contestador automático.
En la llegada hubo una confusión pues la letra B de la dirección que nos habían dado, había 3 viviendas adosadas y como nos confundimos de vivienda no podíamos entrar. Como la comunicación no era directa , el problema se tardo en resolver 3 horas cuando podría haber sido más sencilla. Me parece importante especificar la vivienda en concreto.
Luego al ser invierno, el salón en la planta baja no tenía radiador o bomba de calor, con lo cual la temperatura de la estancia era muy fría ( Tuvimos que estar con abrigos), problema que tardó en resolverse tras muchos mensajes pues no había comunicación directa. Tras varios mensajes, insistir y escribir a AIRBNB nos dieron un radiador y como gran favor. Yo creo que si no quieren acondicionar la estancia, no deberían alquilarla en invierno. Únicamente funcionaba bomba de calor en 2 de las 3 habitaciones que estaban en la segunda planta y eso no calentaba la planta de abajo.
Me escribieron que el anfitrión estaba en urgencias y lo siento de verdad pero cuando se tiene un negocio hay que tener un plan B, porque también el cliente se perjudica. A favor la casa estaba limpia y equipada en todo lo demás.
También escribimos por la opción ( como un favor claro ya que entramos por el problema que hubo más tarde de la hora) de salir un poco de la hora estimada en las normas, y no hubo ninguna respuesta, pero ni siquiera a la plataforma de AIRBNB.

Geweldig, prachtige locatie. Bij aankomst werden wij verrast met een kerstster, fruitschaal, flesje wijn en chocolade.

llevo cogiendo 10 años seguidos casas para pasar las Navidades y esta es con diferencia la peor. El camino es terrorífico no lo aconsejo no hay calefacción no hay utensilios para limpieza, deja mucho que desea no puedes ni lavar la ropa la lavadora no funciona un desastre

We rented this property in Andratx, Mallorca, for several weeks as a company due to work commitments. In advance, I clearly informed the host that our staff would be arriving with a company van.

Upon arrival, our staff immediately noticed that access with a bus is extremely tight and unsafe. Unfortunately, this resulted in damage to our company vehicle, which will now cost us money to repair. I contacted the host right away to discuss possible solutions or alternatives. The host was completely unwilling to cooperate in any way.

We even proposed to withhold €1,000 for two days and receive a refund for the remaining stay so we could find a more suitable accommodation. This was also flatly refused. There was zero flexibility, zero customer service, and everything felt deliberately obstructive rather than solution-oriented.

One more important point: the listing states that turning on the heating costs €35 per night. Be aware that the property is very cold even during the day, so if you want a comfortable stay, expect this €35 per night to be an unavoidable extra cost.

The only positive point is that the property owner herself was kind and willing to accommodate our staff if they arrived outside the usual check-in hours.

If you are looking for a host who is customer-friendly, cooperative, or willing to think along with you, this is absolutely not the place. I strongly advise against booking this property.

Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben…alles soweit prima. Allerdings war Ende Dezember die Klimaanlage nicht ausreichend um den Wohnbereich zu heizen. Wir haben noch einige Heizlüfter kaufen müssen damit die Wohnung warm wurde. Alles andere hat prima geklappt…Danke
