I have emailed them and messages via messenger over ten times since November.
The returned coat has not been replaced nor any communication regarding an estimated delivery time.
For such a company it is shocking that no one has responded and three weeks after returning for an exchange we have heard nothing back.
Absolutely atrocious.

Thank you for your review. We have responded to your three emails. I apologise for the delayed response to the first email you sent on Nov 29th but we were very busy during the Black Friday sale so we couldn't respond to emails as quickly as we usually would.
Your other two emails we received on the 25th and 27th of December which was while we were closed for Christmas break and we responded on Jan 3rd.
You sent a message on the 13th which was also responded to yesterday.
I have informed Customer Service so they will send you a new email to address your exchange which we received on the 6th of Jan.

Manteau élégant mais léger
J'ai acheté un manteau il y a deux ans, il vieillit plutôt bien. La coupe est très belle, mais le manteau est léger et n'est pas du tout adapté à l'hiver, alors qu'il est en pure laine. On est plutôt sur du mi-saison.

Poor response to a specific enquiry, where they didn’t even read the ask properly and ignored the point of the enquiry. Took a month to get a sub-standard reply
So far am very unimpressed and underwhelmed but remain hopeful they can turn things around

J'ai écrit 3 emails à Gloverall pour connaître le process à suivre pour renvoyer un Duffle-coat à échanger car trop grand, je n'ai eu aucun retour de leur part, cela fait 1 mois !
