Slow at refunds
There was nothing wrong with ordering and delivering but when I returned the garment as it was too short they have failed to refund my money 7 days after receiving it. I have emailed and received no response. This is disappointing.

Thank you for your review. We are glad that you were pleased with the ordering process and the delivery. Regarding your return, it has been processed today. Your return was automatically marked as received upon delivery on the 8th. I'm not sure when it was unpacked, but it was delivered late in the afternoon so it would likely have been the 9th when it was opened. As stated in our policy we aim to process returns within 7 working days of when they are opened, so even if it was opened on the same day it was delivered that would be 6 days as of today when it was processed. You should have received an email notification to let you know that your refund was processed.
Regarding your email, I apologize that you haven't received a reply to your email - which I can see are actually two emails, one sent on Saturday (12th) and the second on Monday evening, so double the apology. We try to respond to all emails as quickly as possible, but that isn't always possible so we ask for 3 - 5 working days to respond.

Great addition to the Family.
I have worn a Gloverall duffle coat for many years, with great satisfaction. The tote bag is obviously of the same family. Well made, roomy, with handy zip pockets. The woven symbol is a nice finishing touch. Highly recommended.

The delivery was flawless
The delivery was flawless. I had to regretfully return the coat. It is simply outrageous that to ship back a box weighing less than six pounds; I was quoted by UPS $560+ and by DHL more than $ 860.00 I had to return with Canada Post by surface mail at $ 175. Considering that I purchase regularly from Lands End, shipping is free when you buy $ 100 and more. I would have gladly paid double the shipping fee for return. Something to look at.

Quick despatch and delivery. Unfortunately, the new womens mac is HUGE, in XS it drowned my wife (who has other XS coats from Gloverall).

The sizing does differ between our different styles so it is not always guaranteed that an XS of one type of coat will match an XS from another.
