People need to be aware there's no service after sales
Despite previous responses regarding the best place to resolve issue is via customer service email, it seems like there would be no expectation of customer service after sales. Or at least nothing but defensive customer service.
I don't think there's anything worthy of hiding in private correspondence.
Scroll down and you would find more people complaining about this. They would give you the impression that things are of good quality and your questions will be answered in public, until you have received the item, ideally overseas where the return postage is high.
People rarely talk about these experiences because they are not pleasant, but for something that imho is worth £150 to be sold at £400, the extra £250 doesn't go into bettering the service. Or maybe the employees are unhappy about the product themselves.
Defend yourselves with better product, not words.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologies if we have made you feel ignored. The previous direction toward email was because customer service are best able to address concerns and we can't communicate properly through reviews, as mentioned in a previous response to one of your previous reviews.
We are not hiding in private correspondence. Emails are just the more suitable method of communication with customers when trying to address their concerns. It is the same when other customers have had problems that need addressing. Besides, with all due respect, you have left three previous reviews regarding this situation and each time we have responded to each of your concerns. That is hardly hiding.
I understand that you are frustrated because you aren't getting what you want, but our customer service do their best to address any concerns or inquiries that customers have and have been frequently in contact with you since June 13th trying to resolve this matter. They have explained, as have I in your previous reviews, that we provide repairs or cover the cost for repairs within the 1 year warranty but after that we don't unless we are at fault. Your order was completed in January 2022 so 3 years passed before you contacted us about the fault. That is well outside of the warranty and the pictures you sent recently had no indication of fault so there is no reason to make an exception.
There are some that have complained about service, though there are far more that were satisfied with our service, and we have done our best to address those concerns and resolve the issue for each customer. We are not trying to trap customers with unsatisfying or poor products.
Apologies if my reply came off as defensive or aggressive or in any other way that you didn't like, however, I wanted to directly address your concerns in turn clearly. I can see since making this review that you and our customer service have resolved this matter.

Bought De Bonne Facture Monty Duffle Coat, fabric quality was good. However, the pattern was asymmetrical, totally different from the pictures on the website. I advised the customer support it should have been added a note of caution on the site beforehand, but they only defensively replied why the random patterns were made due to the production process…
