Being charged didnt use card got charged for not using because set a high amount for the month, dont even give you a discount on the fuel spent on the card , can not speek to any one on the phone have to send emails which they dont reply to . will cancel DD .
Dont use this company.

I went to open an account. Then decided to stop it. Never received a card. They then kept hounding me with emails asking for my bank details. Stay away. There are better companies. As you can see from the answer below. They are clueless.

We have however introduced a small fee of £3.00 (Plus VAT) per month to ensure the costs of account operation, invoice production and transaction settlement are covered for accounts with low usage for the month.
This fee will only applied to the account when the usage over the course of the previous month has been less than £500.00, and will be shown on the first available invoice produced each month.
Also, we offer a number of options for billing depending on the fuelGenie product you have; we offer more than weekly billing depending on the type of account you have.

Apparently if you don't spend in excess of £500 per calendar month they are charging you for the priviledge of having their card
There are others out there that have the same facility (and don't charge for the facility) and have loyalty schemes so investigate
It would be better to pay on a company credit card rather than use this company

Charging you for not having a card after 12 months and ignoring requests!
Ignores my rewuest to.close my account when I cancelled the card 12 months ago and have now decided to start charging me for a card that I dont have! When I phoned customer service they told me to send and email (which gets ingnored) then lefy me in hold when I asked who their reglating body is. I now find that my online account has been disabled with no reasons given. Absolutly disguating service, I have given them 14 days to sort this out before I contact the ombudsman, which I can do as a 2 person only business! Oh and can I find an email address for them!?! All emails have to be sent via their website with no cinfirmatiin being sent to my email so they can conveniently claim it wasnt sent, so I have had to take screenshots this time...

Unfortunately cancelling a card on your account doesn't automatically close your account, as that will require a specific request in writing to do so as per our T'&C's.

With no discount on pump price and now the introduction of the monthly "low spend fee" this fuel card does not suit the small business owner.
Using a credit card where cash back is available offers a better value alternative.

Few issues I have is occasionally the card gets declined in Shell garages with the staff telling me they don't accept this card. It works after trying few times or in some instances, they switch to another machine. Annoying atimes. There is also delays with receiving additional cards. Takes longer than anticipated. Other than that, it's been ok to use, easy to increase limit and changes to card also very easy to do.
