We had an issue paying for our renewal
We had an issue paying for our renewal. This was sorted out by Curtis effectively and our renewal backdated to the original date as requested. Curtis was extremely helpful and clear in what he was doing and his communication was excellent.

I was recently contacted by this insurance company to discuss home insurance on my first property purchase, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of service I received. Jodie Wool was very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my needs and walked me through the available options without any pressure.
The quotes Jodie provided were clear, competitive, and tailored to my situation, which made the whole process much easier to navigate. I especially appreciated how there was no pressure to on decided what suited me best and she allowed me to take time to review before making a decision.
