etniesaustralia.com is a scam website. It looks and works great, until you try and contact them. I made a payment for what I thought was a pair of Etnies shoes but got no confirmation email, so started looking into it. Instead of my payment coming out of my bank account from Etnies it came from an asian looking name with lots of random letters, and for a slightly different amount. Luckily for me when my bank looked into it they refunded my money. Avoid at all costs!!

The shoes I ordered fit flawlessly length-wise but are so obscenely wide in the heels that I can fit two fingers on either side and still slip my foot out. Heel inserts don’t help at all. I’ve tried five times to contact customer service so I can get an RMA form to return the shoes, but every single email fails to send. Even when using the online contact form it fails to send. I’ve tried different wifi connections, tried switching between my phone and laptop, and no dice; so it isn’t a connection issue on my end. Either make sure you get the exact right size (and have insanely wide heels) or don’t order at all, because no matter what you aren’t getting a response or your money back. I was excited to try this company out but now I won’t be touching them with a 50 foot pole. No, thanks!

Ordered 3 pairs. Got refunded for one due to supply issues. Been over a week and the other 2 pairs have yet to ship. When reaching out to ask about my order not shipping, they responded with "we have received your rma return reuest." There isn't a return request. Worthless company. Worthless support. Obnoxious experience. Never again. Buyer beware.

Incredibly legit looking but also a scam.
Etnies.com should post about this in their site but they don’t.
And then you wonder why we don’t trust the Chinese.

Achtung: Rücksendekosten muss man selbst zahlen - Ohne Erstattung -Obwohl ich andere Schuhe in Größe 43 besitze, passen diese in 43 nicht. Bei einem Kaufpreis von 64,92 € musste ich die Rücksendekosten von 17,99 € in Niederlande von Deutschland selbst zahlen. Auf meine Nachfrage per E-Mail habe ich bis heute keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Deswegen bestelle ich mittlerweile alles bei Amazon. Die werden größer und größer, weil die Anderen zu unfähig sind, Ihre Kunden zufrieden zu stellen und deren Vertrauen zu gewinnen. UNFASSBARES Kunden-/Qualitätsmanagement!

Most definitely a very clever fake site with its origin in China. I did however get a cheap $5 necklace in the post from China eventually, I'm guessing becuase watching the painfully slow shipping of it (was provided a tracking number a week or two after the order) on the tracking site would delay any action taken. Avoid 100%

Please be aware that etniesaustralia.com is a fake website set up by scammers. Lots of people are getting ripped off by this fake site.

Ordered and paid for shoes that never arrived. Didn’t get an order confirmation email or anything and the shoes were $95 but the only transaction I can see that day was for $105 to an unknown Chinese bank account. Have called my bank and been issued a refund. I love Etnies shoes but won’t buy from Etniesaustralia.com ever again. I can’t even get a reply from them via email or anything.

Tried to purchase a pair of shoes on etniesshoesnz.com. At the payment page the transaction said it failed but my card was still charged and no shoes were ever sent. No email from Etnies. No response to my repeated complaints. Not even a courtesy email to say they'd received my messages. Feel like i've been robbed. Very frustrating. Do not use this service!

Bought two shirts and two pairs of shoes. The shoes were good but the shirts were tiny. I ordered M but they look more like S.
I have been trying to reach out to customer service for a month with no success. Avoid buying from them directly!

I ordered a pair of shoes in my size and for some reason when they arrived, they feel really tight. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemails (since there's no live person to talk to) to request an RMA so I can ship the shoes back and have not received a response yet.

There is no customer service. Very frustrating experience. I ordered a pair of shoes in the wrong size by mistake, and immediately tried to contact their customer service to switch my order to the correct size. Sent multiple emails without even an acknowledgment of their receipt. Called and left a voicemail to no response. Now it looks like the shoes have been shipped. Terrible experience. Do not bother wasting your time and precious money.

I've been trying to return a pair of shoes for over a week now but it's been possible to get in contact with their customer service to get an RMA number. Phone calls are directed straight to voicemail with no calls back and for emails have been unresponded to for 2 weeks.

I didn't even get as far as buying anything (thankfully). The website is shockingly bad. Filter by shoe size and get shoes that aren't in those sizes.... Genius!!!

It is literally the worst shopping experience ever. They've sent me a fake a tracking code, they have never sent the shoes I've ordered (3 pairs!). I've spent 180£ and I'll probably never see the money back. I wish I saw the reviews before I've placed the order.

I ordered shoes for my granddaughter. Fed ex shipping says delivered, but provides no photo evidence. Told me to go back to the shipper. 22 weeks later no response to multiple emails and voice messages. Poor customer service. Do not order

Ordered a medium sized hoodie and they sent me a large with a medium label slapped over it, I've been trying to contact them I've even sent them pictures of proof and they've completely ignored me, never buying from Etnie's again I hope the company goes under

I purchased two pairs of shoes at the same time. When they shipped it said both will be in the package. I only received one pair. I've emailed 5 times now with no response. When you call their numbers listed, it rings then disconnects. Terrible company. Stole my money and will not return my requests for someone to contact me.

I wish I had seen the feedbacks before!
I have never met such a poor customer service, they created a label for a package that was never shipped, as a result I don't know if I will ever receive my package and if my shoes will fit, reading the feedbacks I am seeing here it makes me worry about it!
Luckily I bought via Paypal so I will open a claim to get my money back!
Buy elsewhere, it's better!
