Excellent customer service. Called me to introduce the business and advise they'd post the next day which was appreciated. Item arrived when expected and was beautifully packaged. Lovely quality item and so pleased would use again!

Lovely clothes, good prices and fantastic personal service which is really welcomed after so many faceless retailers online.

Lovely shop lots forcall tastes and very helpful

I bought 2 beautiful items, but what made the my experience even better was the help I had from Hil both pre & post purchase.
I will definitely be shopping here again soon

So came across Wardrobe at the Cross online when looking for a particular brand of jeans...what was wonderful is the two owners show how the clothes look on themselves so that the customer is not just looking at models...although they look fab too!!!After purchasing I got a surprise phone call from Hil to discuss sizing so that I didnt slip up. I HAVE NEVER experienced this before! It felt such a personal service and was told to always ask for advice. I look forward to continued shopping with such a fabulous shop and team!

Fantastic online shop with a wonderful variety of different brands. I really cannot praise the service from Hil and Sue enough. They are always so friendly and more than happy to help with sizing, fit and styling advice.

I only wish I lived closer so that I could visit the boutique in Neston, on the Cheshire/Wirral border. I’m actually around 150 miles away, but shopping with them genuinely feels like having your own personal shopper experience!

The service is exceptional, and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service. Sue really understood what I was looking for and suggested some fantastic items that she helped me style. She even entertained my baby while I was trying things on. I left the shop feeling amazing. Big thank you for your patience and help Sue.

great clothes, great shop, great relationships with customers!

Lovely item, very personalised service and so friendly. Certainly get the boutique feel even with online orders and would certainly shop with them again. Thank you so much and wishing you all the best!

Always happy with the service from this store. Great stock and easy to order website. Fast delivery.

Ordered a top which unfortunately had to return because too big. Spoke to the owner and she was lovely. Offered to send out a smaller size but unfortunately not done in smaller size. Anyway, had a lovely conversation and would not hesitate to order again. Thank you

Recently purchased a dress . Will be Brilliant for holidays. Lovely vibrant colours . Hilary was more than helpful online. Went into shop. Met Sue. Both ladies lovely. Recommend a visit. Some Great items to purchase. Thank you

What can I say, this wonderful boutique in the heart of Neston is made even more special by the lovely Hil and Sue who run Wardrobe at the Cross. I have bought many beautiful pieces of clothing and accessories over the years from here. You will find brands that are a bit different, lots of lovely scandi brands as well which are high quality and not your usual run of the mill high street offerings. Shopping here is an uplifting existence. The customer service Sue and Hil deliver is also always warm, friendly, honest and personalised. Don’t hesitate to pay this wonderful independent boutique a visit.

Great communication. Loved the gold top but it was too big for me sadly and they hadn’t got a smaller one unfortunately. No problem with the return at all.

Wardrobe at the cross provided great service and kept up good communications from the moment i placed the order . delivery was very quick Highly recommend

Absolute gem of an independent boutique! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you are looking for exceptional customer service and clothes that truly stand out, you have to visit Wardrobe at The Cross!
It is such a fantastic independent boutique nestled right on the border of the Wirral and Cheshire. Every time I visit, I’m welcomed by the most warm staff who make you feel instantly relaxed and completely taken care of—never rushed or pushed into buying. Hillary your styling advice is top-tier; really know how to dress different shapes and help you feel confident in what you’re wearing. I always manage to walk away with gorgeous one-off finds and unique pieces that you simply won't see anywhere on the generic high street.
Plus, having convenient free parking right nearby makes pop-in visits completely hassle-free.
A total local treasure—I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Loved my visit and the clothes. Hilary has such a gift in knowing what style and size would fit perfectly and tricks on how to wear it to make it look gorgeous.

Great personal service advising on sizing. The dress was a described and fitted perfectly. Delivery was quick.

A great independent boutique to buy from.
