Friendly staff worked around us amazing company

Very unethical company who try scare tactics to make you sign up for things you don’t need just for you to pay more!!

They also continuously call and harass you, stay away!

Engineer arrived on site and as he had been before, he was able to work through without many questions. He was neat and tidy at all times and left everything as he found it - pleased with the service

Very pushy company, who sell you PATesting when not required. Even the engineer who attended told us it was not required. You also get endless sales emails afterwards selling you further tests you dont want or need

The guy you sent - David, was friendly and efficient but the follow up email spelled my colleagues name wrong.

The PAT testing engineer was friendly, efficient and professional. He explained fully the process.

A sale rep from this Manchester based company cold called my freehold pub, spoke to my chef, saying it was time for an annual PAT review and convinced him it was a legal obligation. Without checking with me my chef agreed thinking he was helping, The inspection took place in-my absence, I was then sent a bill for £260 . Which I refused to pay, a PAT test is not a legal requirement. . Watch out this company cold call and record the conversation, entrapping staff members into booking services they do not need. i

Excellent Service! Quick and profession from start to finish.

Repearedly send unsolicited e-mails to generic, non-personal, e-mail addresses in our domain. Refuse to stop sending them.

Telephone number does not work - rings and then strange engaged tone.

Uses multiple domains in e-mails:

uksafetymanagement.co.uk
uk-safety-management.co

with even the from and reply-to addresses in their e-mails being different.

All seems very suspicious for a company which has a turnover of over £16m according to their 2024 accounts.

Complete scammers.
Cold called my business and very unprofessionally convinced an employee that they were from our regular fire testing company and our testing was due for renewal.
Turned up and were asked to leave. Then proceeded to hound for payment, which I do not intend to pay. They even sent a recording of the incriminating call as evidence that we 'booked' their services! It was all intentionally misleading. Totally unethical.

If I could give this company zero stars I would!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

I WAS CHARGED FOR TESTING EQUIPMENT I DONT HAVE HERE, THERE ARE TWO BUISNESS AT THIS ADRESS AND THEY WENT AHEAD AND CHARGED ME FOR BOTH.

I was Quoted £119 plus VAT for PAT testing which I had paid the previous year. An engineer came, did what they did the previous year & left. I then got invoiced £255.59 as additional socket test was carried out! (It wasn’t!) and an additional 22 appliances! (I don’t have 42 appliances!) I did try to bring this up with them & asked for a full breakdown, they sent one & he had tested appliances that were in the back out of the way ready to go in the bin! (Which I told him!) customer service non existent & they had the cheek to charge an additional £40 late payment fee. I have reluctantly paid the full amount as they were threatening legal action. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone. Avoid at all costs! I wish I’d read the reviews beforehand!

WHY DO PEOPLE WORK IN THESE PLACES?!

As an ex employee, I can tell you now that this company is completely dodgy. I would happily go on record and discuss everything that they have told me to do which is against the law. They have recently sold the company to PTSG, and if they didn’t already know they’re about to find out just exactly how much of a mess this place is. You can tell that the recent five star reviews that obviously fake, most of the accounts don’t even have any other reviews and are new accounts. They’re just fake accounts posting five star reviews on here. I have told multiple businesses to spend their money elsewhere and I have been thanked multiple times because I have saved them thousands of pounds because these overcharged that much and scam people. Yes, they do lie about who they are and pretend to be your old pat testing company, and yes they will just send engineers anywhere even when no appointment is confirmed and get them to sneak into places. They also had a data leak which was not reported, which is massively against the law. They also tell engineers to test everything with a detachable lead, which is not part of the guidelines of PAT testing. Managers are not trained and do not know what they’re talking about. They’re just trying to hit numbers and use engineers and make them do unethical practices to hit these numbers. Yes they will try to add on extra socket charges of microwave charges without letting you know and then throw it on the invoice hoping you’ll not see it and just pay. I look forward to the generic made up response that you get off these. Please avoid and spend your money elsewhere. I have been working alongside other companies and even got in touch with watchdog at BBC to get these crooks investigated.
