Equity Estate Agents Arvostelua

Great service and communication during our house purchase. I highly recommend the team!

Alfie and Darren have been great in our house purchase journey!

I recently sold my property through Equity Estate Agents and couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the initial valuation to completion, the entire process was handled with professionalism, transparency, and care.

The team was always available to answer questions and provided regular updates, which gave me great peace of mind throughout. Their market knowledge and negotiation skills ensured I got a great price for my home.

A special thank you to Darren Nelson who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. I highly recommend Equity to anyone looking to sell their property with confidence and ease.

Thank you again for a job well done!

This is the second time I have purchased a property via Equity and I cannot recommend enough. The staff had a good knowledge of properties available on their books and due to this, my partner and I found our DREAM home. Darren then carried the sale through to completion and he was so lovely to deal with. Highly recommend and cannot thank the team enough for their support and assistance.

Darren and all his staff were always very helpful and professional. When my buyer pulled out they worked really hard to ensure I got more viewing and a sale. Darren was always at the end of the phone and answered any queries or concerns I had

I purchased a property through Equity a few months ago and was pleased with their speed and good communication.
Especially Darren, who was very attentive, friendly, understanding and reliable.
Darren really pushed consistently to get things moving, which was much needed and appreciated.
Thank you! 😊

Outstanding Experience with Equity.
This move was my fifth in 30 years so I’ve met my share of estate agents! Without doubt, Darren Nelson from the Hertford Rd branch of Equity was the most skilled, compassionate and efficient agent I’ve ever encountered. From day one he made us a promise that he’d guide us through and iron out any problems and he kept that promise! Endlessly available no matter what the issue and incredibly patient with our anxieties. We honestly can’t thank him enough. To say that he went over and above the call of duty is an understatement. Exceptional.

Despite a rocky journey of selling our flat , the equity team did their utmost to support, communicate & negotiate for us enabling a long but successful sale of our flat .
I want to give a special mention to Alfie who pitched the sale to viewers well & a very special mention to Darren who really pushed this through for us . He kept us up to date & handled comms between all parties well. I felt supported by him & heard all the way through this lengthy process .
He was always available to speak ( some times even out of hours as we neared the end of the process ! ) and was quick to action anything .
Thank you , Darren .
Thanks Alfie .
Thanks Equity .

Darren and his team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. They guided us through the entire process with professionalism, clarity, and a genuinely friendly approach. Communication was always prompt and clear, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Darren’s attention to detail and personal touch made all the difference. We felt fully supported every step of the way. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and far better than we could have hoped for.

We’re so grateful for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Darren and his team to anyone looking for a trustworthy, efficient, and personable estate agent. A truly outstanding service!

Just completed on the sale of my elderly father’s house. Darren at Equity went above and beyond, getting a good price for him and dealing sensitively with the situation as needed and keeping good communication throughout. Would highly recommend Equity.

Sold out home through Equity- Enfield Town. Mathew, Darren and Jamie were outstanding throughout the process and would highly recommend the team. Darren in particular went the extra mile to make the sale happen. Thanks.

We sold using Estate Agents 8 years before using the Enfield branch and had good quality service. We had no doubt about using them again to sell my deceased father's house in Ponders End, Enfield. The Hertford Road office of Equity were brilliant from day 1, right through to completion. I was kept upto date with the sale throughout, and found the staff, particularly Darren to be extremely professional and attentive regarding my sale. I was kept informed at all times. Darren went out of his way and went beyond what was expected of him in his job role. He personally contacted me immediately with any hiccups, but always had solutions, making the whole experience stress free. Equity Estate Agents gave me a 5 star service and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property. Big thanks to Darren, Matt the Manager and Jamie in sales who arranged all the viewings of the property. You're a great Team and do a great job!

Alfie has been very helpful and was in communication all the way through. Great job Alfie
