Equity Estate Agents Arvostelua

Darren was absoutely excellent at keeping us updated throughout the sale of our house. He was super professional, reliable and clear with his communication. Highly recommend.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Darren for his exceptional communication and responsiveness throughout the purchase of my property. In my opinion, Darren was the most important person in the whole process- he kept everything running smoothly and quickly. Thank you Darren! You are amazing! Keep up the good work!

I had a fantastic experience with Equity Estate Agents. From start to finish, they were efficient, transparent, and trustworthy, keeping me informed every step of the way. I knew selling my flat will not be straightforward, but they made the process feel seamless and stress-free.
Their team was always helpful and proactive, even recommending a great solicitor to make things easier. With so many estate agents to choose from, I’m truly glad I went with Equity. Their professionalism and dedication really set them apart. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We purchased our property over 10 years ago through Equity and Darren specifically. So when it came time to sell, there was only one person we were ever going to use. Darren's communication and professionalism is excellent. He is very responsive with queries. He went above and beyond and actively assisted us in our chain on our purchase despite Equity not being the relevant estate agent and helped us get our onward purchase across the line.

I have dealt with Equity Estate Agents as a buyer and seller and found the team to be highly professional and easy to deal with.

I have personally dealt with Darren and Matthew from the Sales team and found their professionalism and communication to be outstanding. Great team that knows their market.

Darren is an absolute star professional and someone who actually cares about the wellbeing of his customers.

We were relocating my Mum from London to Dorset and as things can sometimes happen - there were a few delays with the sale - these did drag on a little bit.

Darren was outstanding in keeping me informed and therefore helping me in keeping my Mum in the loop at what was a very stressful time for her (and me).

He literally kept on top of everything - speaking with, and chasing solicitors, brokers, agents - the whole lot - to be honest really above and beyond.

I can't recommend Darren enough - he makes things happen and genuinely cares about his clients.

We recently purchased our first home through Equity Estate Agents and they have been brilliant. Darren’s communication has been outstanding, he kept us well informed throughout and really took the stress out of the whole process. We hope we won’t be selling for a long time but if we ever do we would definitely choose Equity Estate Agents, thank you!

I purchased a home from Equity Agency, Darren was exceptional. He provided valuable assistance throughout the process, and I highly recommend, Thank you, Darren!

Excellent service

We would recommend Equity to anyone we were so happy with everyone who came round from valuation to the end and a special thanks to Darren who went out of his way to get us to the end and always available for phone calls

Just completed on a Sale and Purchase, both through Equity. Very happy with the service, in particular v pleased with the Darren Nelson who kept us informed throughout and ensured that all sides were progressing the sale process on a complex chain. Was happy with the consult and valuation, felt their pricing was realistic and based on good information. Kyrie G, led the viewings for the sale and happy with the way that he presented and provided advice. Thanks again.

I recently sold my house through Equity Estate Agents within days of it going on the market. Darren Nelson was my main contact who was super efficient, his communication was impeccable, nothing was too much trouble, and he certainly went over above all expectations.
I would without hesitation recommend Equity Estate Agents. I would again like to thank Darren and the team at Equity for making the sale of my house stress free.

Absolutely amazing. Purchased a house through equity and recommended them too all family currently selling. They went over and above for us and the communication was fantastic. Thanks to Matt and Darren, the service was unbelievable.

This estate agent is hands down the best I have ever dealt with, down to earth, professional, hard working and honest, very hard to find in this industry.

Darren Nelson was my main contact and his professionalism and dedication is unmatched, I appreciate the whole of the equity team for making the purchase of my new property as smooth as possible.

I can't thank Equity Estate, special Darren Nelson enough for their help in selling my flat.
They made the whole process so much easier than I anticipated. Their friendly and approachable manner put me at ease, and their expertise guided me every step of the way.
I genuinely felt they had my best interests at heart.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and effective estate agent.
Professional, efficient, and achieved a great price for my property. Highly recommend!

Darren who was helping me with the sale was the best part of this process. Always responsive and attentive. When asked to expedite the process he did everything he could and we were able to sell the flat even though we had issues with management companies. I would recommend Equity agency, especially Darren to process the sale. I was not able to sell the flat with Haart but since I moved to Equity and Darren took care of my case we were able to sell the property.

Darren and Equity communicated well. Can’t remember the name of the original agent that showed us round but he was great. Managed to get the keys promptly on the day.

Matthew from Equity estate agents came and valued my property in May. I had to wait for 9 days before they can act as my new sole agent. I had my home on the market since September 2023 with another estate agent never sold my home. As data protection I will not add the the estate agent company's name, When the contract finished end of May 2024 icontacted Equity estate agents. gave them the go ahead as the sole agent. 1st week of June 2024 Matthew called me and told that he had a potential buyer. The client came and viewed my property. The very next day. I had a call from Darren takes over and looks after the sale. When he called me and told me about the clients offer I accepted it. Although there were complications on the way while the buyer did over budget. It took a while for them to come up with the funds. Darren at Equity told me to have faith with him ( Although it was no fault of his own or Equity estate agents) It was the buyers it took a while to exchange and complete.
Darren was amazing and kept me always informed. Hand on heart Equity will sell you your property they are very friendly and professional. Keep up the good work Darren & Matthew making my new dream home come true.

Darren and the Equity team were great. They were pro-active and the team were very thorough with their communication.
The team were perhaps a bit too conservative when it came to what the value should be but I can understand why they valued it did. We're pleased it sold for what we wanted it to sell for.
Overall a great service in a stressful process and i would recommend them to other sellers.

I actually was recommended Equity through Get Agent. They were my wildcard valuation because most homes in our area are covered by two other agents. The minute I met Matt and his team I knew they were our best bet. They understood us, our home and the market and they were willing to go above and beyond to make our sale as easy as possible. I have really appreciated their honesty and professionalism and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a good agent.
