Equity Estate Agents Arvostelua

Thank you Darren and all the team at equity for all your help in selling my house. From start to finish the experience has been 5 star. I would definitely recommend equity for their excellent service .

We just bought our first house and Equity Estate was definitely the right choice. Darren was incredible, have supported us every step of the way, going above and beyond. Always available and always ready to explain and help with everything we needed as buyers. Would definitely recommend their services as they did not disappoint our expectations. Thank you Darren!

Our family (including my 70-year-old mum) lived in a property managed by Equity Estates in Enfield for nearly 13 years. Throughout that time, the team was always professional, helpful, and easy to deal with.

A special thank you to Paris, who looked after us for many years, and later to Androulla for her kindness and professionalism while managing the property and communicating with both the landlord and us. It’s rare to find a letting agency that genuinely cares about tenants and handles everything so smoothly. We truly appreciated their support over the years.

Great communication from Equity throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend.

Kyri has been noting but helpful my buzzer needed fixing from when I moved in to my flat 2 years prior as soon as Kyri found out he was on it and the job was completed. It was an absolute pleasure talking with him such a lovely helpful man and he really did go out of his way to help

Equity were absolutely amazing with quite a difficult sale situation. Darren in particular was exemplary and an incredible support throughout the whole process of selling our property. I can not recommend them and him highly enough tor their / his professionalism, communication and support.

I had a great experience with this Jay Oliver. From the start, he was very friendly and approachable, which immediately put me at ease. He really listened to exactly what I wanted and outlined in clear and simple terms what he needed from me in order to achieve it.

Most importantly, his communication was excellent throughout the whole process. He was always reachable, promptly answering my calls and emails, and he continually reassured me at every stage. I could tell he genuinely had my best interests at heart, which gave me complete confidence moving forward.

Thank you very much for your support and professionalism – I couldn’t recommend you more highly!

Brilliant service!!!

Matt, the branch manager, was amazing to deal throughout the process of putting my property on the market. His experience and knowledge is second to none.

My property was sold within 3 days by Alfie, with the help of Jamie too. Two brilliant young agents who genuinely care about helping people make their dream move!

Darren was the icing on the cake, making sure that the difficult sale went through and answering any questions/ queries instantly. I couldn’t recommend this company more.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have just recently bought my first home, and dealing with this company was a breath of fresh air!

Throughout the process, the level of professionalism and personal touch was unmatched. They are more than efficient, and have considerable knowledge of their properties and the area.

I want to give a special thanks to Alfie and Matthew. They were quick to answer any questions and make sure this process was smooth, and then Darren carried it to completion, beating any hurdle that come his way. Highly recommend!!!

So if you are looking for a good Estate Agency please do not hesitate to call Equity!!!
You will not regret!

Very good experience with Equity! they were extremely helpful in helping us reach our dream of owning our own home. I would like to single out Darren, the sales progressor, who worked tirelessly and went above and beyond to get our chain over the line

Alfie at Equity Estate Agents made the process of us buying our first home so much easier! He was professional, approachable, and always quick to respond!

Thank you!

I am surprised that anyone is able to use this agent They never answer their phones or reply to messages. Not a great or professional estate agency. I would never use them again even if they did answer their phones.

The sale of the property was accomplished with a high level of proficiency with a successful market strategy.
They were readily available to answer all questions.
I highly recommend Alfie, Darren & Matt from the Hertford Rd. office,

We chose to go with the Equity team because we really appreciated that, when they arrived to do the valuation, they were not pushy. We did not feel like we were being upsold, and they simply presented the facts. Their fee was also very reasonable, which helped confirm our decision to go with them.

The marketing for our property was carried out incredibly quickly and to a very high standard. We felt they truly did our home justice.

Once we accepted an offer, which thankfully happened quite quickly, we worked closely with Darren Nelson to see the sale through. We were really impressed with how clearly and promptly he communicated, and unlike our previous experiences, we felt we could genuinely trust what we were being told.

Of course, buying and selling property is always stressful, but we cannot imagine another company delivering a better level of service. We highly recommend Equity, and especially Darren, to handle your sale.

Darren Nelson is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and considerate agents I have come across. A long and drawn out sale was made completely bearable by knowing Darren was on our side. Just a brilliant service.

Very happy about the service provided. The agents have been very professional, approachable and responsive, from the first viewing to the collection of the keys. Highly recommended.

Great agents.
We all know moving is one of the most stressful times and that I can confirm but everyone at Equity from start to finish was brilliant and eased that stress at every hurdle. At one point when we thought it just wasn’t going to happen due to complications with the chain the boys really pulled it out the bag. Thanks to Alfie and Jamie for all the viewings and a big thank you to Darren who dealt with all ours questions and queries super quick. Fantastic team. Thanks for everything Kristie and Ian Bishop-Downes.

We received First class service from start to finish of our sale from Darren Nelson and his team in Enfield. He kept us informed on a regular basis and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

There’s nothing more l can say than if you want to sell your property Equity is highly recommended. When another agent failed to sell my property in 10 months I turned to Equity and they sold it within weeks. Darren and his team were absolutely fantastic, kept me updated every step of the way and were always sympathetic to my situation, outstanding service.
