Equity Estate Agents Arvostelua

couldn’t recommend Darren, Matthew and Jamie highly enough! They were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of selling my flat. From start to finish, they were professional, helpful, friendly and always kept me updated.

What really stood out to me was how trustworthy and genuine they all were. I always felt like I was in safe hands, and they went above and beyond to make the whole experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

A fantastic team and a really trustworthy company. Thank you so much Darren, Matthew and Jamie for all your hard work — I really appreciate everything you did to get my flat sold! Highly recommended! 👏🏼

The whole Equity team were super friendly and extremely helpful. Most importantly, there was great communication throughout the process. Overall it was a great experience buying a property through Equity.

We couldn't be happier with the incredible service we received throughout our journey of buying our first home!
From start to finish, the entire team was exceptionally fast, professional, and supportive. A special thanks to Darren, Arturo, and Jay, who were absolute superstars! They communicated promptly at every stage, guided us seamlessly through every detail, and made what could have been a stressful process so much smoother.
Thanks to their hard work, efficiency, and dedication, we have successfully exchanged on our dream first home today! We are extremely grateful for all their efforts and couldn't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you so much, team!

It was a great experience with them . Thank you very much Darren for all of your support

We put our house on the market in March 2026 and initially were going to use the same Estate Agent we have used before.
We did not consider Equity purely because we had not too good an experience with them until we found out they were under new management.

What a difference!!!

Arturo and the team have turned the agency around and is now an Estate Agent to be completely confident with.
They were nothing short of an amazing team to work with, nothing was too much trouble.
We has viewings almost immediately and before we knew it had three offers on our house, if that isn't efficient, i don't know what is!.
Ultimately, Equity sold our house in no fewer than TEN DAYS, unbelievable.
We are truly grateful to Arturo, Jay, Darren and Alex for all of their hard work, they truthfully earned their commission on this and we were more than happy to pay what they were asking.

Honestly worth every single penny.

Thank you to all at Equity, Enfield Town.

I recently sold my house and purchased another property through Equity Estate Agents Enfield. It was a complicated chain involving five families, but the whole process was handled professionally.

Darren, one of the team members, was outstanding throughout. He was approachable, patient, and always took the time to answer my questions with clear and helpful guidance. His communication was excellent, and he kept us informed every step of the way.

I genuinely believe we would have struggled to reach completion without Darren’s dedication and support. He went above and beyond to help keep the chain moving and made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier.

I would highly recommend Darren and the team at Equity Estate Agents Enfield to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for your excellent service!

I would just like to say thank you Darren for managing the sale of my property,
I felt completely supported throughout the whole process, always focused, professional and friendly,
Also the ladies in lettings for being so helpful and understanding with my tenants and me ,
Thank you

Our sale went incredibly smoothly, and the Equity team made it so effortless and stress-free from start to finish. We felt genuinely looked after. Huge thanks to Darren, Matthew, and the rest of the team!

We sold and purchased a property via Equity, Enfield town. Overall the experience was really good. There was some miscommunication on a couple of things; one being I asked not to have a ‘for sale’ board outside my property as I didn’t want the neighbours knowing we were on the market. This was honoured but after we accepted an offer our neighbours received a leaflet through their door confirming our property had been sold. This was disappointing. The other matter was due to change of staff and was cleared up by Darren in the progression team. Darren was fantastic to work with, provided regular updates and even when things weren’t going well in the chain, always answered my calls and provided guidance. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I cannot recommend Darren Nelson highly enough. Selling my flat was far from straightforward — due to complex lease issues, the process took many years. Throughout every let down, Darren remained patient, professional, and completely dedicated to getting the sale over the line.

What sets Darren apart is his persistence. Many brokers would have walked away from a sale this complicated, but Darren stayed with me every step of the way, keeping me informed and never losing focus on the end goal. He genuinely cares about his clients!!!

If you’re looking for a broker who will go the extra mile and stick with you through the tough times, look no further. He’s exceptional.

Darren - THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Top quality estate agents!!!!!!!
Always very quick with repairs.
Texted them the night before about a issue within the property, didnt see my message until the morning then same day a contractor is here to repair👍👍
Would 100% recommend

I have bought and sold through equity for a number of years but my recent experience with Darren Nelson has been nothing sort of amazing. The sale took 10 months to get over the line and without his support and professional advice I would have given up long ago. He kept us informed and went above and beyond exceeding my expectations. He is professional and helpful a real credit to equity!

We were extremely happy with the service Darren and the Equity team provided when selling our property. They are professional, efficient, and kept us well informed throughout the entire process.

Thanks to Darren’s expertise and proactive approach, we felt at ease during a very stressful period in our life! We really appreciated his clear communication and dedication from start to finish. He was always a text/call away whenever we needed help or clarity. Honestly would have made our life so difficult if Darren was not involved.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Darren to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you!!!

Jamie has been an amazing guy from start to finish, he remains committed and devoted throughout the whole process. He is incredibly friendly, approachable, punctual, professional, easy to dialogue with, and polite in approach. He keeps me updated at every stage, is always quick to respond, and is proactive about chasing things up when needed. He assisted me to get my dream property, I will forever remain grateful to him.

Darren and the team at equity were brilliant from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. They were always on hand to provide regular updates and invaluable advice. Thanks again to all at Equity

I bought a house through Equity, the team were fantastic in helping me secure the house and assisting my seller with their onward purchase (thanks Demetri). I cannot recommend Equity enough as Darren Nelson, the progressor, is exceptional. Darren kept me sane through a long and complicated sale (absolutely nothing to do with Equity), he was tenacious in ensuring the chain kept moving, he kept me up to date with all developments and was unfailingly patient the whole way through. I would highly recommend Equity to friends and family.

I remember walking into Equity church street Enfield and my wife was quick to mention that their reception felt more professional than other agencies. Then, working with Jay has been an absolute pleasure! His knowledge of the local market is unmatched. He is always patient with us as first time buyers, clearing our doubts and confusion and making sure we understood the process. Jay kept us updated regularly via email and phone calls. We felt supported all through.

I had an excellent experience working with Darren while buying my property .From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

If you want your house sale to go through and an estate agent to give 100% effort and fight for you all the way, who always takes your calls and keeps you updated every step of the way then choose Darren at Equity. Always professional, honest and caring, without Darren my house sale would 100% have fallen through - love him!!

After seven long years of trying to sell our home, for various reasons it just never seemed to happen. Finally, in February 2026, our dream came true. It has truly been a journey filled with highs and lows.
Throughout this entire process, we worked with and received outstanding service from . Darren stood by our side every step of the way. He never lost hope and continuously encouraged us to keep going until we achieved our goal.
He always returned our calls promptly, provided daily updates, chased up every detail, and eased the pressure during what can be an incredibly stressful time. His dedication, professionalism, and genuine compassion made all the difference.
We are so grateful for his hard work, continued support, and the care he showed us throughout this journey. Darren, thank you for helping our dreams come true. It was an absolute pleasure working with you, and we are proud to call you our friend.
