The team at Hertford Road were brilliant. Kept us informed of progress throughout our property sale and made the process so much easier for us. Highly recommend them.

Darren has been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. He is incredibly friendly, approachable, and easy to speak to, which instantly put me at ease. His communication is excellent — he keeps you updated at every stage, is always quick to respond, and is proactive about chasing things up when needed. It genuinely feels like he has your best interests at heart, and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. A true professional who clearly cares about his clients.

We sold our Flat with Equity and due to complexities around remediation work required on the structure of the Block it was quite a complex sale. I have to say working with Equity, and Darren in particular was a pleasure. He was incredibly responsive and was hands on when either solicitor needed to be chased to keep things moving. He honestly went above and beyond on our case working late in to evenings responding to our messages or any escalations.

We recently sold our house using Equity Estate Agents and we could not fault anything, their service was exceptional. From the initial meeting with Demitri Kafetzi to value our property, to completion everything was handled professionally and with care.

Special mention to Jay Oliver, Sales Consultant who arranged and attended all viewings. Jay was friendly, trustworthy and an excellent communicator. Feedback given was clear and timely, thanks Jay for selling our house so efficiently.

Also thank you to Darren Nelson, Senior Sales Progressor for an amazing job. Darren was so up to date that he would usually give us information before our solicitor!

Thanks Equity Estate Agents for an awesome job, we are so happy in our new house

Darren was amazing helping with the sale of my mums house. So professional and did everything he can to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. Thank you 🙏🏾

Alex and Darren were fantastic, extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I was kept informed at all the stages of purchasing my property. They always returned phone calls.
I would definitely use them again. I will be using them when I sell my property.

Amazing service,
Equity estate gave us top service on our journey. Darren helped us and really went the extra mile to support us during the whole process. Highly recommend their service as it was the most efficient. Thanks again!

It has been a genuine pleasure working with Darren and his team for over a decade. Throughout this time, they have supported me with both the sale and management of my properties, consistently demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and efficiency.

They always secure the strongest possible market rates and manage every aspect with care and attention to detail. I truly value the long-standing relationship we’ve built and would confidently recommend Darren and his team to anyone seeking a reliable, results-driven estate agency.

Very dedicated team that always there to help no matter what time of the day.
Very professional in dealing with a difficult buyer on my case. Didn't stop chasing all parties involved until the last minute into completion.

There were a few complications with a previous party.
However, Darren was very diligent and kept me informed at all times until a new purchaser was secured. This went well with Darren’s help and guidance. He’s an asset to Equity

We put our house on the market with Equity estate agents in Enfield in April 2025. They were very professional with vetting potential buyers, confirming appointments and giving us feedback promptly from the viewings. Jay Oliver worked really hard and his efforts got us a buyer within 3 months. I dealt with Darren Nelson after that, who kept me informed with updates even before our solicitor did. Darren always returned my calls promptly and got to the bottom of any issues we had. We have been really happy with our experience in dealing with Equity. We have another property on the market and once again, Jay, Alex and the new manager, Arturo are dedicated to helping us get a buyer.
We would thoroughly recommend Equity and their friendly, helpful staff and their professionalism in the way they dealt with us.

I recently purchased a property with the help of this estate agent, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their professionalism, knowledge, and guidance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout — they kept me well-informed at every stage, promptly answered all my questions, and always made themselves available when needed.

From the very beginning right through to completion, they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran seamlessly. Their friendly approach, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping me find the right property made all the difference. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Overall, a truly excellent experience and complete satisfaction!

I would like to give a heartfelt thank you to Paris from Equity for the exceptional work carried out during the tenant move-out process and the preparation of our property for new tenants. Paris managed everything smoothly from start to finish, ensuring that every detail was taken care of to the highest standard.
The cleaning and property preparation were completed incredibly well — the flat looked spotless and fully ready for the new tenants to move in without delay. Paris kept us updated throughout, handled all coordination with great professionalism, and showed real commitment to delivering a seamless experience.
