Eckler's Arvostelua

The young man that helped me was very pleasant and really took his time looking up my seat covers. Didn't rush me. We had a very nice conversation while he looked up Black and Yellow seat covers for a 1971 Vet.
Convertible no less. Assured me that if I had any futher questions or needed help to call him back personally!!
That, why I have been a customer for over 40 years!

the tech was very knowledgeable and help me make sure the item I was purchasing was the right fit.

Ecklers has been outstanding with helping me get the parts I need to work on my 39 Ford. The staff is very knowledgeable and always friendly to speak with over the phone. I appreciate the assistance that they have provided and the quick shipping of the parts I need to to get the job done.

Great products. Reasonable shipping costs. Timely

Easily found the right light assembly. Asked on the Chat if the lens was included (couldn't tell by the picture) and customer service was very responsive.

Slow shipping dept, but wonderful salespersons and very good selection of C3 Vette parts & items.

Ford parts that I cannot find anywhere else are readily available and specific year model information is easy to find on your site.

Very nice parts, exactly what I needed, they were delivered promptly, and at a fantastic price to boot. Will shop here again, thanks.

very small delicate plastic part ( automatic gearshift indicator ) was sent in a padded envelope , of course arrived broken. sent by amazon .

Great prices, easy ordering. Would’ve liked to see an option for faster shipping to have it before the weekend.

Mike was awesome. Helped me figure out how a product was advertised strange. Worked it out. Placed my order.

I have never ordered from you guys, but I am glad I did. You guys are out of stock of alit of parts I am needing, so I am hoping they will be back in stock soon. I can’t wait for mynorder to show, and I will be calling to talk with an associate and get a couple more orders going for my 1957 Chevy step-side 3100 frame up rebuild truck.

I really enjoy shopping on Eckler’s website, it’s actually fun looking for bargains!

Purchased power window kit for my 1955 Chevy Belair HT on 6-4-26 from Tom G. and he was very helpful and cordial. Just got the windows installed and the person that installed them is not knowledgable on adjusting them. They are going too far up or coming too far over. Called Eckler today for assistance on andjusting and the customer service agent Roosevelt could not get the technician to give his extension. He absolutely refused to provide the extension. Did not receive no technicalvsupport after a hefty purchase. Technical support did not exist today!!!!
