DnDice Arvostelua 

The dice arrived very safely and packaged well, the actual design of the dice is perfect and the way they should be. The dice themselves are weighted well, and they have so far not rolled badly for me. May the dice fall ever in your favour

I placed an order on the 11/1/23 and after numerous attempts at contacting the shop via email, website, phone and Facebook. I haven't heard anything back and haven't received my order nor an update regarding the order.

My delivery arrived over a week late and using the wrong shipping method (2nd class, instead of 1st class tracked and signed).

Opening the package I discovered the item (dice bag), which was the wrong colour, a note explaining the colour I'd ordered was in fact out of stock, and a free dice booster set. No explanation of when it was shipped or why it was 2nd class instead.

All of this would have been fine if I'd been told in advance, these things happen, but I had heard nothing in the 2 weeks since ordering, and received no response when I emailed for an update. I still haven't even received the shipping details.

I've ordered from DnDice multiple times in the past with no issues. Their products are always high quality, and the dice bag is no exception, aforementioned stock issues aside.

This seems to have been an honest mistake this time, but the lack of communication is not acceptable.

Edit: I was contacted by Grady from DnDice through a personal email, explaining that there must have been email issues, and was offered a refund. I declined, but was given a gift card anyway to cover the postage cost.

Good customer service once an email can get through the system, so adding a star.

The personalized messages attached to each delivery are very nice and work wonders in terms of customer care. Their products have never let me down.

The fact I ordered one dice set which was out of order but was sent another set, with extra d6 dice and a brilliant dice holder for the trouble. Great to see a company go out of their way and leave a personalised note of apology but also give some extra as compensation. Thank you!!

I love this company!!! So much!! I ordered a dice bag and they sent me an even bigger dice bag at no extra charge because they had run out of stock of the smaller ones. Thank you so much!!! Will definitely be buying more things in the future

I think these dice look great and the bonus cards are fun, used a couple of them in my DnD game

We moesten achteraf nog 12,40 euro invoerrechten betalen, waarover we niet geïnformeerd waren. Over een bedrag van 33 euro, waarbij we nog 7 euro verzendkosten hebben betaald. Dit bedrijf is een afrader, omdat de UK geen lid meer is van de EU.

Initial review was one star, updated to four stars now as ultimately I am happy. Would maybe give 3 and half but let's round up.

First package was lost, received a new shipment in a week. Hoping they get official email issues fixed so future issues with communication are resolved.

Dice itself are 5/5. Can't wait to get rolling.

Ordered on the 14th of November and later same day received email titled "Order xxxx is on it's way!".

To this day haven't heard anything about the delivery despite I managed to once get a reply from the owner through different email address.

The response stated "A mix of email issues and postage strikes! I get to the shop in about an hour, will get some info for you then".

That was a week ago and there has been no replies since. Can't comment on the dice itself but if I'll receive them someday I'll post an update.

EDIT: There seems to be some email issues, owner approached me from personal email to resolve the issue.

I ordered 2 sets of dice on the 12th November 2022. I got confirmation that they had shipped a few days after. It's now the 2nd of December and my dice still haven't arrived. I tried contacting DnDice two ways - 4 emails through the 'contact us' on their website and 1 email directly to the owner whose email I found on Trustpilot. All of these emails were spaced out over a few weeks. I still haven't heard anything back at all.

I understand that you're probably extra busy this time of year and I appreciate that you're a small business but I allowed some extra time for that. One of the sets was for a gift and I'm pretty sure the dice aren't going to turn up. I understand that the dice being lost in the post isn't your fault but you should definitely reply to customer support and find a way to sort things out.

My partner ordered dice from you a year or so ago and had no problems so I know that it's probably a hit and miss situation. It sucks that it seems to be a miss with my order.

I REALLY hope we are able to sort this out because I really love the dice you make and I know it's ultimately not your fault that they were lost in the post but we definitely need to come up with a solution!

I ordered two sets of metal dice and they both look incredible, no complaints, the weight feels great, the colors are vibrant and the dice look very shiny!

Found the site in a panic trying to get a gift for a friend, ordered some dice that were unfortunately out of stock and the website had not been updated.

While I hadn't received any notice of this before delivery, a note in the package explained that due to them being out of stock I had instead been shipped some handmade, limited edition dice at no extra cost. The owner could have just swapped for some other dice of the same "tier" but instead when the extra mile and shipped me some special dice, which were some of the best quality dice I've ever seen (so smooth and clean!).

Needless to say, my friend was very happy with them!

I have not received my order, I have been trying to get hold of them for 2 weeks through email and live chat. I have not been able to get through to anyone for over a week. I have had one response to my email which suggested my item will be in a couple of days but it still has not arrived. Just be great to get this resolved.

Edit: Still no dice have arrived and I have had no reply from the company on their live chat or their customer service email, and I have emailed consistantly to try and get through. I just want my dice or a refund because I am fed up of dealing with this. I chose this company to order from because of the reviews but it feels like a scam more than a legit company.

I still haven't received what I paid for and have received no response to any messages I have sent.

I am hoping to hear something soon as it's approaching 3 weeks since my order and I've had nothing but silence.

Edit: since I finally managed to get in touch after several attempts the dice did arrive, after I paid for the missing postage. Tried to contact about that again and no response.

The quality of the dice are excellent, but for me it is not worth the stress of trying to get them delivered. I'd recommend a different store.

Awesome shop. Could be a bit more on top of updating and communicating with clients, but great quality for the price.
