Excellent service as usual, dice are a good quality A++

The metal booster set gave me dice I never would've bought, they look so tasty! As for the acrylics, love the colouring on them, especially the mallow one. I like the texture of the bitter beryl, it feels paper-y. All in all, love my new dice, thank you!

UPDATE 22/9: Grady reached out and we found the problem! Grady has been very honest, upfront and really a delight to speak with. They have resolved the issue and I can't wait for them to restock so I can get the rest of the beautiful dice sets! Confidence restored!

I ordered dice 2 weeks ago. No update since and still not received. Now when looking at those dice, it says sold out. I thought I'd gotten the last one but despite reaching out, I've not had any response.

Good products I had two sets each came in its own tin which I've now condensed into one I've not used them yet but have practiced rolling them

Nice dices, but a D4 was missing inside one of the dice booster.

Used them for the first time in my weekly curse of strahd campaign and managed to roll 4 nat 20's couldnt believe it! My new lucky dice and great quality

The dice themselves are amazing - however this is now the second order that has gone missing during transit. The first time, I was happy to accept that the parcel had going missing - these things happen and we'd had multiple happy orders from them in the past.
However, my last order was made on 5th August and "dispatched" on 9th August. I've sent multiple messages through their contact form and got no response. I've also emailed them and had no response. No response via social media either.
This review is my last attempt to get some form of response from the company.

Dice are great quality and came in a great case. Good for rolls too as my first roll got me to hit Chaos Bolt after failing with 3 other D20s (not from DnDice lol). I really love DnDice and will keep on using them.

I made an order for a set on the 24th of July and it still has not arrived. After two weeks, I messaged the company and was told to resend my shipping details. I did so and received no other update.
I also checked my local delivery office and they received nothing of my order either. I again emailed the company - twice more - and have since got no reply.
It's been nearly a month and I just want my order or a refund, though preferably the former. This is deeply upsetting due to the good reviews I had read previously.

Good dice at a good price.

There was a slight mistake in shipping (it happens to the best of us). Grady was incredibly fast at fixing the issue and sending out the correct product to me. The quality of the dice is amazing as is the service given.

Edit: thanks for the reply. I haven’t had an email from you yet. Odd that both your logging system failed to record it being sent and the Royal Mail failed to deliver it though?

After 2 months I still haven’t received my order, and have had no further communication from the company after the initial reply. Sorry you won’t get any business from me again.

Quick delivery, largely a great product, and the one small problem I had (one slightly damaged die) was rectified quickly (they sent me another, no quibble). Would definitely buy from them again!

Awesome service as usual can not fault this company. I have far too many dice and have spent far too much money on them, but I just can't help it. The dice are amazing to look at, roll and the customer service both in person, online and via the discord is second to none.
