Very poor initial experience like other 1 star reviewers - an "order shipped" email but no product 3 weeks later, with 2 direct emails and 2 requests via their webform going unanswered.

Eventually did get a response, at which point they apologised, made good and sent the order via tracked mail. Seems like they have some issues wih their systems. Fingers crossed it arrives this time.

Always brilliant. Great quality, nice people and really genuine company. Use only them for dice purchases and never been disappointed.

Ok, I think I am well and truly in a good place to review this company, I’ve placed four orders, one through my husband (to get the points!) and they’ve gone in a variety of ways for a variety of good reasons that mostly couldn’t be helped. The dice, incidentally, are lovely, but the gentleman who runs the company is one of those rare people running a business who hasn’t forgotten his humanity - and to me that’s worth it’s weight in gold. Contacting a company when there’s a problem, and getting a person, not just ‘company speak’ is such a relief.

Problems were sorted as quickly as possible, the one delay was explained, and no reasonable person could be upset with the explanation.

Ordered items arrive so quickly it’s remarkable - though I imagine as the business increases, as I’m sure it will, that orders may take a little longer, *sigh* such is the cost of success! I really wish him well, he deserves it!

Great dice, took around 5 days for delivery, everything arrived as described - no issues.

I recently ordered some dice from dndice for the first time, but unfortunately, my experience did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. Although my order was marked as "fulfilled" on their website, I did not receive anything. I tried contacting dndice multiple times to inquire about the status of my order, but I did not receive any replies.

As someone who is new to ordering dice online, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and assistance provided by dndice. I understand that issues can arise with orders, but it would have been helpful to receive some form of communication or support.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience ordering from dndice. I hope that in the future, they will improve their communication and customer service to ensure that all customers receive their orders in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Great quality dice, very beautiful. There was an error but meant my dice were upgraded which were even prettier!

Two of the dice sets we ordered were not actually in stock, but because of this DnDice sent two more expensive sets that weren’t even on the store yet, and sent an extra dice set and a dice expansion pack too. Of course not getting dice you ordered is not great, but the service received by far made up for it.

I placed an order on the 29th Jan, but have heard nothing further since.
The order still shows as unfulfilled as of the 21st Feb. I have reached out via the website chat, contact form and email, but have not received a reply.

This is disappointing, as online they look like beautiful dice.

These are some really beautiful dice and you can't fault the cost at all.

I have been recommending everyone in my D&D group use DnDice.

It did take some time for the dice to arrive and contacting DnDice was difficult. That said I understand its not a massive company with support immediately available for IT issues and Grady got the issue sorted as soon as he could.

Grady gives a superb, personalised service with DnDice - I was delighted with my dice and his kind message.

Absolutely love the mystery dice I got.

Incredible products. The dice trays are incredible quality. The dice booster packs are a great way to pick if you’re indecisive about a new set as well!
