Package didn't arrive but was reshipped. Ultimately through communication with Grady reshipment arrived and item quality is great.
Package never arrived even though marked as delivered. Grady from DnDice is helping me thoroughly with a reshipment and to try and understand what happened.
Update 2: Reshipment was sent.
Update 3: It arrived and it looks amazing!
Rating 4/5 because sometimes Grady may take a while to reply by email.

No complaints really
No complaints really, got what I ordered in a timely enough fashion. Enjoy the addition of a potion with each set of dice. Only missing a star as I was prompted to install an app to check my order and it didn't give me any new information just leaving me a bit more confused. If you have my email would it not just be easier to reach me there? I wouldnt know really.

I never received an shipping…
I never received an shipping confirmation. My first inquiry about this was not replied to at all. My second message received an apology and assurance that the package was sent, but no tracking information.

Goods delivered in good condition, as described. Also received a friendly note with order, which is a nice change from other online stores.
Will be buying more dice from here when the destructive urge to expand my collection hits again.

Excellent Customer Service
Dice were good quality, and delivered in a fairly timely manner, however the dice were different to the ones that I ordered (or at least the image they are advertised with). The Verdant Radiant dragon dice are not as pictured, containing a metal triangle on each face. This means they are barely green, and certainly not the glossy look that is on the site. They are a gift so I don't have time to return them, but it is a little disappointing when the item doesn't match the description or images on the site.
Update: A quick response and generous remediation offer is evidence of excellent customer service, I've updated to 5 stars.

Wanted to get in touch and apologise for the set, you'll have noticed a few *'s next to a few sets and that was my reminder to swap the image out. We changed the dice on occasion and this was one of the sets I should have changed the image for but in all honestly... I just forgot.
I understand it was for a gift, so can't be swapped out, so happy to offer either a £10 refund or I can ship out a Dark Green dice tray to go with the set to try and make up for it (that I'm happy to ship to the person who's gift it was for or yourself).

I won't be deleting what I wrote below for honesty's sake, but I'm changing the review to three stars. The only reason it's not five is that, to this day, I still haven't heard from DnDice. Plus it's gonna be a late present now, but it is what it is and there's probably customs to blame for that.
20/7. I order a set of dice as a birthday present for my sister whose birthday is today 29/8. Dice still haven't arrived. A couple weeks ago I even contacted them to ask for a tracking number or any information regarding the whereabouts of said dice and I still haven't heard back from them. At this point, I'm really considering asking for a refund.
It's a shame, because my past experiences shopping here had been really good and the guy seemed really nice in the past.

The guys went above and beyond. My original order got lost in the post, after informing them that I hadn’t received my items another was dispatched the next day without any fuss. Everything came well packaged and my son is enjoying his birthday gift albeit a little late.

Unexpected bonus!
Unfortunately there was a problem with my initial order, however with just one email exchange it was all sorted out, and then DnDice upgraded my dice set by adding an expansion pack to it!

Great product, excellent customer service
After issues with postage (no fault of theirs), a replacement dice set was sent out to me and arrived very quickly. The dice themselves are great quality and I also received a few bonus dice to make up for the issues, which was a nice touch.

The dice are always lovely quality and the customer service is second to none.
