Very poor initial experience like other 1 star reviewers - an "order shipped" email but no product 3 weeks later, with 2 direct emails and 2 requests via their webform going unanswered. Eventually... Näytä lisää

Great customer service
Order didn’t arrive but when I called them they were really helpful and sent out a replacement straight away. Absolutely love the dice too, they look great, I now have several of their sets and I’m definitely going to get more!

Main Order Never Arrived, Emails Ignored
Ordered and was meant to receive an expensive dice set in December 2023. The package arrived with a bonus dice set, but the main set I ordered was not included. I have sent several emails to the business since then, asking for some kind of solution to the situation, and have had no reply.
I've ordered from this business several times in the past, and so I'm very disappointed. Will not be purchasing from here in future.

4x Blind bags, good quality plastic dice & reasonably priced
4x Blind bags. Good quality plastic dice. Sadly a couple are not so easy to read as the numbers are the same colour as the dice. They are reasonably priced, took a few days to arrive but they were left in the foyer.

Arrived quick (although communication that was despatched would have been nice).
Product is beautiful, and if you want fancy dice, this is the place to visit.

Fantastic Dice, Fantastic Customer Service
The dice are fantastic quality. I had a little mix up with one of the sets but the customer service I’ve received in sorting it out has been fantastic. I’m so excited for the remaining set to arrive! Definitely will be ordering for my next character!
