Very nice dice, quick delivery

Bought 2024 players handbook and now pre ordered DMG 2024. Speedy delivery and pre order bonus is a lovely touch. Definitely recommend.

Very happy with my purchase! The quality and appearance of the tray are just as described on the website.
The tray arrived exactly two weeks from the date that I made my order (I am based in London).

Very pretty dice at good prices. The packaging is also quite nice. Would have appreciated some sort of confirmation that an issue with my address details was fixed so I wouldn't have to worry, but everything arrived just fine, so I guess it's fine. Remember to put your address in english, folks.

Really nice quality dice from a mystery bag. Good value and quick despatch. Very happy with taking the plunge on these.

I got the jellyfish dice set and it looks and feels amazing! It wasn’t very expensive and the free delivery was just a bit over a week which was good :)
So far I am enjoying it a lot!

Placed an order for two items. After a couple of weeks and not receiving it, I reached out and heard they had misplaced my order. Despite multiple more emails and phonecalls I heard nothing else so ended up having to do a credit card chargeback.

Still haven’t received my order after nearly 3 weeks. No response from seller despite multiple messages sent.

Grady got in touch in the end to sort things out, and included some goodies to make amends, which is appreciated. The issue was seemingly software-based. Other reviews mentioned similar problems, so be patient if it happens I suppose.

I was going to wait a bit longer, but since I've been asked to provide a review....
We found some of their dice in a shop and thought they were quite good so decided to order more online. It's been a few weeks now and there has been no news. None. Apart from the initial "we're getting your order ready".
I tried their online form and email to get an estimate of shipping times. Nothing. I would understand the "we're busy" or "we're on holiday" auto-reply, but the lack of communication is annoying. I'll give it a few more days, but otherwise I'll have to chase a refund.

The dice are absolutely stunning and Grady was so lovely and quick with responses!

I truly could not recommend them more for Dice and other dnd paraphernalia!

After previously leaving a bad review on not receiving my order, I was contacted and Grady was keen and very helpful in finding a solution and getting the order delivered. Ended up with some great looking and quality dice!

Tried to get in contact multiple times via email and using the website form to no avail.
Haven’t received the item ordered or even a message to say it’s been shipped.

Update: I've now received the product, I was able to get in contact and Grady has kindly given a voucher
