The dice set is professional quality, well made and balanced perfectly, the packaging came with some extra goodies that I appreciated, and even a hand-written letter thanking me for my purchase. Would 100% recommend the product and company, and I will be buying from them again.

The order was dealt with promptly and efficiently, delivered on the date stated , without any issues.

The product I ordered never arrived after 4 weeks

No Communication & Cannot fulfill Pre-Order Bonuses. Caution when Pre-ordering.

I am submitting this review after giving Grady more than enough chances to respond about unfulfilled pre order bonuses.

I had initial problems with the order that required me to follow up to get a replacement sent out, the customer service at that point was great.

I received an additional email explaining that the pre-order bonuses would be slightly delayed but not to worry. That was in mid November.

I have attempted to reach Grady via email and their contact page since mid December and have been met with nothing but silence. Not a single update, a "sorry, the bonuses won't be available anymore", no clarification.

As such, I can only guess I won't be getting the pre-order bonuses which were one of the key incentives to buy from Dndice.

Either respond to those who bought from your shop, or please do not offer Pre-Order bonuses that you cannot fulfill.

Buyer's Beware.

Ordered 20 days ago yet still not gotten a ‘order shipped email’ let alone had it arrive, no responses either from DnDice upon trying to contact or email at all. Save yourself the trouble and don’t order from them.

After six weeks I never received my order. Numerous emails were sent and the company did not respond to any of my requests.

I preordered the limited edition DM's guide and a mystery bag of dice. I didn't receive either. Tried contacting several times, had one reply saying he may have a spare copy, but heard nothing since. I asked for a refund, but not received that either. Extremely disappointed.

It hasn’t arrived unfortunately so I can’t review it any higher.

Ordered on December 11th for a gift. I still have not received my purchase. I have emailed multiple times for an update. No response from the company. Poor communication.

I just got five sets of random dice and it was really fun to open them. I’m not exactly a dice goblin and I think I will give these to my friends but it was good.

Good selection at very reasonable price

Two weeks later, zero update/progress on my order, no reply or correspondence at all, but then the beautiful dice appear without warning!

We havent received our order since july which cost 177chf. 4 sets of dice.

I got the eye of newt set and they're fabulous, the way the liquid core had been used to give them a twitchy, sharp movement is awesome! Arrived very quickly and in the usual awesome case. Would highly recommend

The dice I received are very nice but I was buying these as a last minute birthday present (release of a product I was meant to buy got delayed) so I put the order in at 10am ish with next day special delivery in hopes to get it either on the next day or at worst 1 day late and they weren't shipped for 4 or 5 days despite their website saying same day shipping before 1pm. I did email them but never got a reply back. Excellent product but unfortunately slower to ship than expected.

I never recived my order dated 22/10 , I emailed and was asked to comfirm my address but have not heard anything back. That was on the 5/11. I emailed again for an update have had no reply. I just want to sort out this mixup.

Taking forever to arrive no reply to any emails sent the quality of dice is good just it takes forever to arrive not even an email reply or anything its been 2 weeks now
