Grady and co are the best in the business.

I ordered a ‘Treasure Trove’ package as a Christmas gift for a dedicated D&Der. The contents will be a random selection within outlined parameters so as yet unknown. The delivery box was a pirate’s chest so I have no doubts about the quality inside the box!

Massive delay on receiving my order, was originally going to pick up but turned out they where no longer where it states on the website. Was told it would be posted, but not where. Have sent multiple emails asking about where it's being sent and still haven't heard back.

Edit January 2026: called up using the phone number hidden only on the mobile version of the website only to find out that they hadn't been sent out and now it's two weeks later and still nothing. Not ordering again from here.

I ordered my dice in June for next day special delivery, which didn't show up or get shipped on time because the shop owner was away and didn't sort their shop before leaving. That's fine, things happen. They say they'll send it out as soon as they're back, and they send it out a few days later. Eventually I do get my dice late, but they throw in a notebook out of goodwill. Fair enough.

However, there's several defects with the set. Bear in mind, they're metal dice, expensive, and an anniversary gift for my partner. I ask for a replacement just for the worst one, and get promised a replacement in early July. It is currently late October as I write this. I have followed up four times since being promised a replacement. I have not only been ghosted, but I haven't even received the replacement I was promised.

Won't be ordering from them again, which is a shame as most of their dice are lovely. I wish they had been honest instead of making promises they can't keep.

Edit Jan 2026: Still no dice, still no response.

Quality of the received dice are amazing but the received package was missing half of my order. Attempted to chase up these issues via 3 separate emails accounts but have not received a reply on any of them. Disappointing as they are usually a lovely service

Edit- Received communication regarding the issues. As such I have amended my score to reflect the quality of the received dice.

Communication went dark after the previous message. Missing items have still not been sent out. According to received emails the items were missing as a result of low stock (which according to the email has since refreshed) and I would be updated as to their refreshing, this did not occur even after chasing up on my end. This was intended as a gift to someone but the date that I wished to hand it over has long since passed.

Great quality items, friendly interaction, and speedy resolution of a minor issue. Definitely will use them again!

Very good dice. Shipping took a while but it was an honest mistake, Grady was very nice, and I was fairly compensated (more dice).

Fantastic dice company with some honestly great sets you don't get elsewhere! Love the metal dice and the expanded sets (Makes casting spells much easier!)

Always swift delivery and great customer service. We assume it is because Porridge the shop dog is doing a great job of keeping employees on task!

I ordered a set of runic copper dice (£49.99) and all that was delivered was a Jiffy bag containing a Lego figure
I wanted the dice as a leaving gift for a friend at work who has now left so it’s too late
Initially my emails were answered positively, but that has stopped
So I’m stuck not knowing how to either get the dice or the money back.
It’s possible that they were taken in the post but all I know for certain is that I am £49.99 down and no dice!

Good dice with little flowers inside which the recipient enjoyed. I bought them as a birthday present for a female role player.

After the parcel didn’t arrive, the seller immediately looked into it and sent a replacement out special delivery no questions asked, and the dice are beautiful! Have ordered from them before and probably will again, always make amazing unique gifts!

Great quality product. I love the look and feel of it. Lovely cushioned service for rolling, and you can clip it over for a raised surface to roll against. Nice holder for two dice set, and obviously it looks like a scroll. What more can you want?

Also, my order was delayed and they gave me dice to make up for it. So, you know, now I have more dice and dndice has my eternal loyalty.

The dice are quality, love the offer of the level-up upgrade (which adds some extra dice to match). The freebies are a cool touch too. Also really responsive to email queries and shipment was quick. Thanks to Grady and Porridge, of course. Will definitely buy from again.

I've bought so many sets of dice from dndice and all have been absolutely lovely, definitely go to retailer for dice!
