I bought gloves from this company online in Switzerland and got a bill for tax because they delivered the product from France. So I was taxed twice. I paid the bill and wrote the company stating I want a refund. They agreed and about a month later I got the money back. I wasn’t satisfied with the gloves so I returned them. After three month they refunded the money excluding the tax that I had paid previously. I wrote again and another month later they refunded the tax. Then they sent me mail asking if I could write a review. The review I wrote was one start and pretty much the same as what I wrote here. Then they wrote me again stating that they would not post the review. That took two days. I can’t recommend this company at all because it was the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Mr Fasano, italian speaking from customer service deserves a 5 star review. Great service and absolutely a delight.

Unzuverlässigkeit scheint ein generelles Problem von Decathlon zu sein. Kundendienst ist auch schlecht, wenigstens sind die Mitarbeiter im Laden anständig und verabschieden sich, wie sich das gehört! Produktlieferung mit schweren Paketen kommt nicht innerhalb von 2 Arbeitstagen an, sondern irgendwann 3 Wochen später.

Nie wieder. Ich habe ein Velo über Decathlon gekauft. Dann stellte sich raus dass der Akku defekt ist. Man sagte ich soll das Velo bringen. Machte ich. Nach fünf Tagen ohne Meldung, rief ich an und fragte, was los ist. Da sagte man mir, man kann nichts machen, es ist kein Eigenprodukt. Toll. Ich fragte was muss ich jetzt machen? Fragen Sie den Kundendienst.
Ich werde also nie mehr etwas bei Decathlon kaufen. Fünf Tage meldet sich niemand. Was für ein Witz.
Ich wäre doch besser bei Gslaxus geblieben. Die haben immer selber geschaut. Man schickt das Velo, es wird repariert und bekommt es wieder.

Attention, leur site marchant sert également de marketplace avec des fournisseurs tiers mal-choisis. 10 jours après avoir pris mon argent, je n'avais toujours aucune nouvelle ni du fournisseur ni de Décathlon et, comme il s'agissait d'un tiers, il m'était impossible d'annuler la commande directement... J'ai donc dû appeler le service client qui s'en est occupé sous 3 jours. Ces derniers étaient très aimables et regrettent, comme moi, la sélection de mauvais partenaires commerciaux par leur direction, ce qui nuit à la marque Décathlon. J'ai voulu laisser un avis en ce sens sur leur site internet, mais par 2 fois me suis fais "retoquer", leur service client s'attelant à museler les commentaires négatifs. Lamentable!

man bestellt dinge, die auf lager sind, aber die werden dann einfach storniert und nur die hälfte kommt bei dir zuhause an. dann schaut man in den shop, tage später und die dinge werden immer noch als auf lager angezeigt, ihr solltet vielleicht mal euer system updaten, sowas geht gar nicht in 2025

E-Bike über Decathlon gekauft von einem Drittanbieter.
Nach nicht mal zwei Monate schon die ersten Schwierigkeiten mit dem Fahrrad - von Decathlon leider keine Unterstützung, Aussage vom Mitarbeiter war: Wir behandeln nur unsere Eigenmarke in der Werkstatt, alle andere Fahrräder reparieren wir nicht und können auch keine Analyse vornehmen. Ich habe es im Laden sowie telefonisch versucht.

Man fühlt sich komplett in Stich gelassen.
In unserem Fall musste ich direkt mit Spanien "Urbanbiker" Kontakt aufnehmen - freche und unprofessionelle Mitarbeitende, welche null Support boten. Schlussendlich musste ich das Fahrrad von einer anderen Werkstatt reparieren lassen und die Kosten selber dafür übernehmen. Sie haben mir auch nochmals erklärt, warum niemand diese "Dakota" Fahrräder reparieren möchte, da die Ersatzteile hier in der Schweiz nicht erhältlich sind! Ist Billigware aus China, ich rate euch dringend davon ab!!

Ich habe einen Skiwachs bestellt, der an Lager war und innert 7 bis 10 Arbeitstagen hätte geliefert werden sollen.
Decathlon brauchte sage und schreibe 7 Arbeitstage um festzustellen, dass sie doch keinen Artikel mehr an Lager haben.

Ich (60) wünschte vom jungen Verkäufer, gesiezt zu werden. Dieser war absolut nicht bereit, dies zu akzeptieren, und obwohl ich ihn konsequenz siezte, blieb er beim DU und bezeichnete mich in seiner Kurzpredigt als unanständig. Das ist extrem dreist und unsympathisch - ich werde nicht mehr bei Decathlon einkaufen.

on trouve de jolis articles, mais deja la plupart proviennent des pays lointains, specialement de Chine et les tailles ne sont pas du tout compatibles avec les notres ! les maillots de bains sont tres mal coupes, trop courts en hauteur, moi qui prend du 44 j'ai du acheter du 50 .... alors faites bien attention surtout si vous commandez en ligne, vous risquez d'avoir des surprises.
ils sont peut-etre bien places pour les vetements de sport mais pas pour les vetements de bains.....

Aujourd’hui je suis allé au décathlon de la Chaux-De-Fonds et une jeune fille nommée Léa m’a super bien conseillé.
Elle a était très aimable ainsi que serviable, elle avais toujours le sourire et toujours très attentive au moindre détails.
Merci à vous d’abord des travailleurs comme elle et gardais la bien!

Habe heute Schuhe bestellt, es stand 4 Stück in 43 vorhanden, bezahlt und gefreut, mittags kam die Mail, die Ware sei nicht vorhanden- Stornierung 🫤

Ist das so schwierig Ware anzubieten, die auch vorhanden ist ? 😆

Der Skiverleih in der Basel Decathlon-Filiale war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Unfreundliches Personal und extrem lange Wartezeiten haben den Besuch zu einem negativen Erlebnis gemacht. Nie wieder!

Eine Bestellung wurde nach mehreren Tagen storniert, weil die Ware, entgegen der Angabe im Online-Shopt, nicht auf Lager war. In der Mail schaffte man es nicht mal, sich vernünftig zu entschuldigen. Anschließend kommen Werbemails, für die man zu keinem Zeitpunkt sein opt-in gegeben hat. Nachdem man dem Empfang der Mails explizit widersprochen hat, landen diese weiterhin im Postfach.

Ordered some items from the Swiss site, paid 5 Fr postage. Now the Swiss postal service forwards me customs clearance costs of 16.60 Fr.; no way!!! it took allmost 2 weeks to get the parcel from UK?!
Plus a product shipped is not the one I ordered.
So now I am waiting to make the return through one of their partners, I foresee extra costs, as I cannot return them to the shop in Grancia... no comment
Products of questionable quality and unprofessional customer service made my experience in this shop extremely disappointing. I would not recommend it.

We went on a Friday night to rent Skis from the St Gallen branch. We were told that when we arrived they would not have enough time to sort out a set of skis before they closed.
This was fine and so we went to look for ski trousers and a new helmet then I saw a mother and her young daughter arrive at the store and walk straight to the ski rental area and they were seen straight away. After this, we saw another arriving family sit down and then get seen within 10 minutes so I decided to wait. I was then told that there were other people in front of me and it appears that he had given out devices to at least one group of people who arrived after us so they could be seen before the store closed.
We have usually had a good experience with Decathalon and this annoyed me. For some reason, the guy at the ski rental did not like the look of me and decided he was not going to serve me no matter what. To lie about not having enough time just to have to serve me for me made the situation worse.
The result is tomorrow we will go somewhere else to buy our helmet, trousers and skis. I hope the guy felt his dislike for me (whatever it was) was worth it
