Good quality clothing
Good quality clothing. A little pricier than the high street but then it's delivered to your door. Unfortunately, due to disabilities I've put on weight. I used to buy more than I do now but 14/16 aren't quite big enough & there's not such a good selection in size 16.

The first pair of trousers were too…
The first pair of trousers were too short and a bit tight on the bottom. I sent them back requesting a replacement.
Within a few days I had a message to say my return had been received and a replacement would be on their way soon.
Two days later I received the replacements.
No hassle, no quibble, just excellent service - which is what I've experienced every time I've used Damart - good service and very good quality products.

They used to be good
They used to be good. However, so far this year I've had orders cancelled, they misplaced a payment I made by BACS (their website was down) and then chased me for payment arrears and I placed an order on the 28th May, no correspondence to say it is being sent out or cancelled. I have emailed to cancel the order as it was a gift.

Returns process too slow, exchange of item too slow.2
Had to wait weeks for my order. Unfortunately it was too big for me, so I opted to return it and exchange for the next size down. I returned it on the 26th May. I haven’t had notification that the item has arrived, much less that the replacement has been sent. I phoned Damart and was told it can take two weeks for a return to be processed, and then I have to wait for the replacement to be sent which again might take a couple of weeks. I won’t be ordering from Damart again, the whole process is too slow. I don’t even know if my returned item ever arrived!

The ordering and delivery service is good but the chat line I couldn’t find nor the email address for contact this is not very clear. The statements are very confusing and need to be more specific and easier to understand. The quality of my order was not good the material was thin and of poor quality and the neck opening was so small it was difficult to put on plus the stitching round the neck which was at the front was supposed to be smooth parts of the opening neck area were all puckered up like the stitching had gone wrong. Sent back as faulty.
