The sizing is huge
The sizing is huge. Nice material but I'm not risking another costly return to try a smaller size. I find most clothes hit and miss now from damart. Puts me off ordering

Damart offers a good range of clothes, but sadly their trusted delivery partner lets them down
Damart offers a good range of clothes, including things unavailable elsewhere e.g. trousers for ladies with very short leg lengths. But their link with Evri is their downfall, as the service from Evri is appalling. My recent delivery was said to be delivered, but was not, and the photo was of another parcel! Damart did arrange a repeat, and eventually it has just arrived, after further delays, but still dumped in the entrance hall of our block of flats, instead of delivered to flat door.

We're very sorry to learn about the delivery issues you experienced. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive an incorrect delivery notification and photo, followed by further delays with the replacement parcel. We also appreciate your disappointment that the parcel was left in the entrance hall rather than being delivered directly to your flat door.
While we're glad, we were able to arrange a replacement, this is not the level of service we aim to provide.

Since you changed your sizings I have…
Since you changed your sizings I have found it almost impossible to find anything that fits. 20-22 is now 22-24 and this is too big yet 18-20 is too small. Also someone has changed the length of your trousers. The last 4 pairs of 25" i have bought from you are more like 27"., needing shortening.
You were one of the last places to get 25" length trousers in a style that was not little old lady.( Well some) I will not be buying anything more from you.

where do i start .still NO delivery because you cannot read what the problem is.If only you would pick up the phone and i could speak to a REAL person the problem could be solved in seconds. I am passed caring now -all i want is my money back PLEASE.If this is not ossible just give me the telephone number of your CEO (it will save me looking it up through companies house).
