Custom made cue to my spec. Cue was ordered 16th April. Arrived 21st June. The first cue they made they were not happy with it so started again from scratch. Hence slight delay in delivery. However now its arrived you can see what you pay for and definitely worth the wait. Cue weight and butt size perfectly matched my preference. Lovely feel and perfectly straight with good chevrons. Feels solid and premium. Highly recommended.

Cue is excellent, thank you. Reason for 4 not 5 is because I had to chase you to see how order was progressing. A 5 start service would include a proactive update especially if slight delay

Brilliant service and quick delivery.
Emailed them a question and they quickly responded with a answer, so placed a order with them and a couple of days later it was delivered.

The cue is Nice well balanced and really comfortable to play with, I got the C24 so a mid-low range cue and I'm very happy with it, however customer service wasn't the best poor communication with the customer to provide updates on the order and delivery was slow, delivery was stated at 6-8 weeks and the cue took nearly 12 weeks to arrive with no update on any delays, good quality cue but be prepared to wait

Parts arrived quickly. Would of liked to order 9mm tips but were still out of stock. But had cues back ready for the next round in the league. Would definitely use them again bit will ask rest of team before ordering to make sure the order covered the postage as well.

Sent my cue to the wrong adress I updated my new address to send to as I was moving and you still sent it to my old address now I have to go out of town to collect it from Kettering which is going to cost more money

Cuecraft brilliant service - but more importantly the quality of the cue is top notch! They also did a fantastic repair job on a damaged cue so now I have 2 excellent cues to use. Both arrived well packaged. Yes the delivery time was a little longer than the 6-8 weeks for the new cue but if you email them they can give regular updates. And they obviously act on feedback here as & didn't get this review invite until I had my cue delivered!

I have had a good experience with cue craft I have used them twice and will do again
Only down side is cue making time is vague
But I realise they are hand made to order

I have bought a new snooker cue and other related accessories from Cue Craft on three occasions over the past 3 or 4 months, always prompt service and good communication along with really great products, one little concern is that the cost of delivery (whether Parcelforce tracked or Royal Mail 48 hours) appears standard regardless of size and weight of product, at £4.95 (plus added VAT) this seems rather expensive for small items in particular, maybe a structured pricing for non fragile items would be preferable, other than that would totally recommend Cue Craft no hesitation at all.

Excellent cue at a price of a basic meal, delivered in good time.

At this moment in time I've only ordered the cue. The website works well. Looking forward to getting a cue.
