We are located in Worksop, the heart of Nottinghamshire, and have been crafting snooker cues and pool cues, along with our aluminum cue cases, for over 45 years. Each cue is tailored to the specific needs of our customers. In addition to our manufacturing, we have a shop within the factory where customers can test cues on our pool and snooker tables. We also provide a cue maintenance service, including new ferrules, re-tips, shortening, and refinishing. Most services are available Monday to Friday and can often be completed while you wait.

I bought a basic Ash cue from Cuecraft

I bought a basic Ash cue from Cuecraft,nothing fancy.They made it to the correct length and weight for me.I couldn't be happier with the quality of this cue.It just goes to show you don't need to spend a fortune to get a great cue. I had a six week wait but these are made to order and so no complaints.
I would really recommend this company.

Cue arrived damaged and poor quality

Cue arrived damaged and poor quality, sent photos of damage and asked for refund which iv opened a case with PayPal as refusingrefund, they also lied to PayPal stating cue wasn't damaged when I sent them photos immediately after seeing it once opened.
Would NOT use this company again and certainly would NOT recommend.

The cue is clearly not damaged, the grain in the cue is NOT a fault. It is a natural product. If the cue was damaged in any way we would rectify the issue as we would with any cue ordered from oursleves.

Cuecraft, highly recommended.

I am delighted with my new custom made cue from Cuecraft, exactly as ordered, and a great finish to it. I JUST CAN'T BE BEATEN WITH THIS CUE. Cuecraft give fantastic value at such a low price. I wish I could say the same about DPD Ireland who delivered it. Even though there is no charge by customs, and delivery was paid for when I ordered it, DPD later added their own charge seperately for custom clearance, but Cuecraft are very good.
