We are located in Worksop, the heart of Nottinghamshire, and have been crafting snooker cues and pool cues, along with our aluminum cue cases, for over 45 years. Each cue is tailored to the specific needs of our customers. In addition to our manufacturing, we have a shop within the factory where customers can test cues on our pool and snooker tables. We also provide a cue maintenance service, including new ferrules, re-tips, shortening, and refinishing. Most services are available Monday to Friday and can often be completed while you wait.

Cuecraft brilliant service.

I went to the cuecraft store to purchase a cuecraft cue which i absolutely love, very friendly and helpful, then purchased 6 items online, my son said he was going into the store for some chalk and could pick my items up, so I called the cuecraft store and asked if it would be okay, they said no problem and would put the stuff to one side for when my son went in, worked perfect and was also refunded the cost of the post which I did not expect as it was me changing the transaction, thank you cuecraft shireoaks worksop.

Highly recommended

Ordered a new cue from these, I can't fault the quality, craftsmanship or communication. I had to email them at one point and they replied quickly and helped right away. The cue is perfect and couldn't expect anything more. Highly recommended I've just been reading the poor reviews here, most of them clearly didn't read the t's and c's..... Cue take 6-8 weeks to arrive. So those saying they had to wait and never got an email back, I highly doubt it!
