Just booked a cruise with Sarah at Cruise Circle. The itinerary is a bit of a dream of our starting with a stay in Venice. Sarah made the whole booking experience a pleasure. We're experienced cruisers but needed a bit of guidance with this one due to wanting to fly from our home city in the north of Scotland. Sarah not only made this possible for us but arranged pick ups at the airport and a transfer from our hotel to the port. Very impressed. Joy helped our family on this occasion. This is our third time working with Cruise Circle. On each occasion we have found them very responsive, efficient and knowledgeable. With three generations travelling together, it was tricky to figure out what would work best for us in terms of cruise lines as well as ships. The cost of cruising has really gone up, so we wanted to be sure we chose well. Joy was always willing to fulfil each of our requests for quotes and with her years of experience could give us valuable information about the cruise lines. She was always pleasant and friendly on the phone, and she tried to understand our family's needs. She also has an excellent memory - for example, she could remember our holiday dates and other commitments to work out which cruises would fit our availability. It was a pleasure to work with her.

All to often companies expect reviews for just completing a contract. I am a firm believer reviews should be for an exceptional experience be it good or bad. The ezxeptionally good are few and far between but this is not the case with Cruise Circle.
Joy is an absolute pleasure to deal with so helpful and supportive with our planning process.

Just asked cruise circle about any update on our trip in just over 4 weeks fully paid then get an email saying our tickets could be delayed if said info is not sent they have just sent it after i asked what would happen had i not asked not impressed
