Breakoutholidays Arvostelua

I was a first time applicant who was given extremely unclear guidance. There was no proactive communication. They didn’t even know that kids under 12 are not supposed to attend for France embassy as per rules. They didn’t guide me on travel insurance that it needs to be schengen compliant. They didn’t guide me on how many months of Bank statement was needed. They misguided me that an accountant letter is needed for my self employment if my son is applying and not me- none of this was needed. They are not experts. No clear checklist, no clear email, no clear journey on the process. They kept sending me lists last minute, you need this also, that also...

I felt so vulnerable through the process. The worst is, I had to take another travel insurance which is an added expense. There was no courtesy to apologise, they were defensive
, unspologetic and even lied when I called them out. Its totally unprofessional!!

I will not recommend them to anyone.

They apologised in the end, probably worrying about reviews!!! No refund FOR courtesy of the added travel indurance expense, which was because of their absolute lack of clarity.

My son's passport expires in 4months, they didn't bother to tell me that I won't be able to anyways travel with him after mid dec. Extremely ridiculous, no sense of morale and conscience .

Muhammed commitment to provide timely advise and preparing the paper work impressed me a lot. service is excellent and one can trust their level of service

So I just want to say a big thank you to the breakout holiday team. They have done my visas not once but twice and to be honest on both occasions they have been very efficient with great customer service and communication and I’d definitely recommend them as your go to visa guys..

Breakoutholidays is a very reliable, responsive, patient and polite. I am a Burmese who stay & study in the UK with student visa. I intended to visit Spain with my boyfriend. Breakoutholidays helped me with full services with very reasonable fees. We started application on 26-Aug-2026 and today 14,Sept-2026, I got my schengen 6-month multiple entries visa. Thank you so much Breakoutholidays! I will recommend your service to others, surely. You are lovely! 🥰🥰

Tried booking an appointment with the Spanish embassy for some reasons the website was acting up so I couldn’t do it on my own then I contacted them and got the complete Schengen visa support package they gave me assistance from the booking of appointment to the submission just got my multiple entry visa for me and family I recommend breakout holidays

Breakout holidays have been great! They helped me with Portugal visa. There are a few things that I would particularly like to mention - 1) their response time is very very quick - like less than 5 minutes. 2) they go through each step with you so patiently 3) they took the payment after the application was done. 4) all I had to do was send them the documents, they took care of everything else - from booking the appointment to making the application. I would highly recommend them! Great experience..

Great service. Thanks Muhammad

I applied for my Schengen visa with Breakout Holidays and I was assisted on every step of the way. Their services are very good. I was given a visa without any hassle. I will recommend Breakout Holidays any time any day.

My wife needed a Schengen visa for a trip to Spain. What I thought would be a straight forward routine visa process turned out to be anything but. So I called Mohamed at Breakout Holidays for help. Mohammed sorted out the whole tricky process for us efficiently and promptly. He booked the embassy appointment for us and produced all the necessary paperwork and we didn’t have to worry about anything. I thoroughly recommend Breakout Holidays to anyone in need of a Schengen visa. They sort out the whole process for you👍

Very helpful and always avaulable to answer

They helped me in writing the cover letter customized to my requirements and I got my Schengen visa within 1 month of the previous refusal. One month ago my visa got refused as my purpose and intended stay was not clear in my application. BOH guided me throughout the whole process until submission of the application and got a positive decision within 1 week.

I highly recommended this company. When many top rated agent couldn't find me an appointment this guys did it for me within few hours. They are not expensive either and would answer all your questions quickly and make you feel at ease. I got my visa new thanks to them! Would gladly use again!
