From the minute i called the helpline to the time the engineer left the staff were so helpful, professional and friendly.
The engineer arrived on time, very polite & smart. He diagnosed the problem with my machine within a few minutes and was all fixed & tidied up with 30mins. Awesome service. This is the 3rd time i have had them out for different appliances and i would highly recommend.

Asked for an engineer to come look at my washing machine and was told cause my policy is less than a year old I had to pay full years policy up front my machine is not even worth that so had to cancel much better off with a reputable company

Vere good for the money

I opened insurance for 4 months and my TV broke, now he makes me pay for the whole year to come and fix it

So far so good, getting covered was easy to use online long winded but easy, had all documents of cover that day. Plus you get a call a few days later to see if everything is up to date and that you are happy with the cover u you have chosen.
