Absolutely fab explained everything for me

I'M IN EDINBURGH, Stay clear from this company, my tumble dryers electrics were damaged due to a faulty repair on my washing machine from the same company sent out to repair it "WHITE EAGLE". I'm a totaly disabled person with carers in 4X a day, I've spent a week without a washing machine and a tumble dryer that's not been repaired properly. Also when you phone them they're always busy then when you eventually get through your at the wrong department, get thrown from piller to post and fobbed off then disconnected. They're maybe a good company elsewhere but not in EDINBURGH.

Excellent service. The men came and mended the cooker in half an hr. Didn't have to wait long for an appointment and the online staff were very good too when I reported the issue.

I upgraded my policy 2years ago as appliances, all working fine but getting too old for the replacement option. 2 years on my freezer needed new seal and was noted as too old for replacement being available, so deemed unrepairable. On requesting replacement I was asked to pay almost £200 towards replacement which included delivery and removal of old appliance. I was not expecting to pay that much towards it. I finally settled on a much smaller freezer for £75 . Not overly happy after being a customer for a very long time.
I received a phone call today from Bee who was taking the payment and who was very helpful.

Bee was really helpful and quick with ordering replacement appliance. Thanks alot for the smooth process.
