We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and that means we’re here for you well beyond the purchase and installation of your products. If you have an issue, we’ll put it right, right away – just give us a call or send us an email. Our main review platform is Judge.me, where we currently have around 3000 contributions (you can also find plenty of reviews on Google). We don’t regularly monitor Trustpilot, so if you leave a review here, we’re unlikely to read it immediately. At Corston, we focus on designing and engineering beautifully crafted, long-lasting hardware, lighting, switches and sockets from quality materials like solid brass. And we’ll always offer them to our customers in a transparent, accessible and friendly way.

The service has been excellent at all…
The service has been excellent at all times, and the space is very welcoming. The product is exquisite in all its applications, offering both quality and good value for money. The only drawback I see is that the shop closes quite early, and in Spain we are not used to that, as our working day is longer. The afternoon opening hours should be extended. Thank you very much!

Hi Araceli,
We truly appreciate your kind words and feedback. We understand your comments about our closing hours, especially with the longer working days in Spain. At the moment, we are open until 5:00 PM, but we will certainly review our current opening hours. Thank you again for your valuable suggestion and lovely review!

Service client, produit, expédition +++
Question d'habitude je pense.
