We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and that means we’re here for you well beyond the purchase and installation of your products. If you have an issue, we’ll put it right, right away – just give us a call or send us an email. Our main review platform is Judge.me, where we currently have around 3000 contributions (you can also find plenty of reviews on Google). We don’t regularly monitor Trustpilot, so if you leave a review here, we’re unlikely to read it immediately. At Corston, we focus on designing and engineering beautifully crafted, long-lasting hardware, lighting, switches and sockets from quality materials like solid brass. And we’ll always offer them to our customers in a transparent, accessible and friendly way.

Mooi product
Levering zeker oké, alsook het product. Jammer dat je je bestelling niet op een pakjespunt kan laten leveren..

Over-engineered and difficult to fit
We ordered a door handle (Clayton short plate) plus a latch and installation kit. Customer service was fine and the order arrived with no problems. However, the handle was a nightmare to fit, there are too many components which all need to line up really precisely or else the door handle doesn't work properly. The installation video made it look much easier than it was. So all in all this was much harder to fit than other quality door handles we've had before and the end result is worse. We won't be ordering any more.

Hi James,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that installing your door handle was more difficult than you expected.
Our handles are designed with a clean, minimal finish, with all fixings concealed for a seamless look. While this can make installation a little more difficult, our Technical Support team is always happy to help via phone, email or WhatsApp if any assistance is needed.
Thank you again for your feedback, we'll be sure to take your comments on board.

Great follow up support received from Maddy after contacting the technical support email. What could have been a drawn-out support enquiry with some suppliers was replied to literally in minutes - with a fast, very satisfactory resolution. Happy to recommend Corston on the back of this - and also their great looking products, that gave our kitchen a premium look/feel

Can't recommend highly enough!
All the Corston products I've installed (door handles + pulls, light switches, and cabinet knobs) are exceptionally well made, beautifully designed, and function flawlessly.
Their customer service is among the best I’ve encountered — especially April (though really everyone there has been terrific).
Shipping is fast, and they will bend over backwards to help if you realize you’ve ordered something you don’t actually need or made a mistake with your order.
