First order went well, we loved our rings and everything went smoothly.

I recently decided to gift my partner another ring but unfortunately, the size and model weren't a match. The website is unfortunately not equipped to handle returns to this day, and the process is not easy :
- no mention of a return process nor address anywhere so you have to email them
- First response didn't give answers regarding process or address, only time limit and asking for a photo of the product
- Then they asked for another set of pictures "in daylight" (mind you the previous pics were taken in daylight + spotlights so product was very clearly visible from multiple angles), still no address.
- Had to insist multiple times to have an address so I could send the ring back before the 14 days return limit
- Had to pay 30euros to send everything back to the US from France (this is actually mentioned in the FAQ but I didn't expect this much for a small box with a ring in it so it did bum me a bit, although I can admit postal fees are not their fault), I sent it right away
- They kept insisting that the exchange would be made upon receiving ring back when I had been asking over and over for a refund
- A week after my package had arrived, two more emails, and an angry review here which I've now edited in regards to evolution of the situation, the warehouse finally confirmed that my package had been returned and I have received my refund.

Customer service definitely needs improvement.
The products are nice (this ring just wasn't the right fit), but if you're unhappy with the the product it's going to be a hassle. Living in the US will probably make it easier to send back (postal fees / no customs etc).
It's just not the kind of shop where you can order thinking "if I don't like it I can just send it back". Make sure you want what you buy !

This is such a great product. The bracelets are such high quality and detail. Make sure you get the Ouroboros. I got one of every color, Sterling Silver, Solid Gold, Black, and Brass.
I also got a set of key chains.
This is a must have.

You are sure to be impressed with the incredible detail of all the pieces. An absolute must have for any collection!

Despite complete tracking and proof of delivery including signature, I have not received the money to this day.

On July 20, I ordered, among other things, a ring ($169). I returned this at my own expense (37 euros) on August 8.

They stall me and put me off from mail to mail (a total of 17 pieces so far).

I can absolutely only advise against buying here.

Beautiful piece!! In love with it. It was worth the wait, due to some problems with the transport, that the first item was never delivered. But coppertist sent me a replacement and everything turn out perfect.

Final update. My items have arrived and are of impeccable quality. I will be making another order assuming Hermes will not be involved. The items are incredibly crafted and look stunning. The items were handed to me by the postman who rang the bell. Thank you Coppertist and I wish your brand well. x

I have removed my previous review as Coppertist did as they said they would. They rectified the issue and I am happy with the outcome. The main issue in this case was Hermes and their lack of professionalism.

Just a lovely experience. Super pleasant and patient with our wants. Would absolutely recommend this things.

I ordered a beetle style bottle opener from coppertist about 12 days ago.i did this before coming to trust pilot and was immediately concerned about the one very bad review ,so ofcourse i was very nervous.i can confirm today that my item arrived in a very nice drawstring bag and that the bottle opener is beautifully made.lovely quality.very happy

Hey, I have not bought from this company But I have a suspicion that they are scammers. I have seen the website is brand new. I cannot find their items online for sale when typed in. I have checked the responses of each post and many people comment, you won't answer my emails and im waiting for my item from 12 weeks ago. All their prices are marked half off. These are take tell signs of scammers! I have fallen to this too. Please look them up before buying!
