Items are just ok, quality not bad but certainly not worth the price being charged, and didn't realise they were just being drop shipped from elsewhere - suspect I could get the exact same items from somewhere else for cheaper. No nice packaging or anything, just cheap quality items sent from a third party supplier. Disappointed.

I am very satisfied with MobDark. I had read some reviews beforehand, which made me a bit hesitant, but in the end I’m really glad I decided to order from them.

I originally ordered two necklaces, but unfortunately I chose sizes that were too small. When they arrived, I didn’t like how they looked, so I decided to contact customer support. They told me I didn’t need to return the original necklaces and that I could give them to a local charity or someone who could use them.

They then sent me two new necklaces free of charge, which have now arrived. I’m very happy with the service and the outcome!

The stuff they sell is not stainless steel ! Bought a lot of stuff there and half of the rings were already bended when i got it , the chain and arm chain started changing colours after 2 times wearing, same for the first ring! When i confronted them with the fact that the jewellery is not stainless steel they did not even responded anymore

Very poor experience – product completely misrepresented
This is one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had.
The product received is completely different from what is shown in the photos. The chain is not the same: the links are different, the clasp is different, and the overall design has nothing to do with the advertised product.
The quality is extremely poor. The material looks cheap, with an artificial shine similar to low‑end costume jewelry, and it has almost no weight at all. It feels fragile and low value, totally inconsistent with how it is presented online.
I chose this item specifically because the photos suggest good quality, but what I received has absolutely no relation to that. This is clearly misleading and very disappointing.
I have provided photos as evidence. I strongly recommend not trusting the images shown on this website. What you receive may be completely different.
I will not purchase again and do not recommend this seller.

Every item I have received was more than I expected. Any issues I had was quickly responded to. I love this company.

The items being sold here are not what they claim them to be. No products they have are stainless steel, nor are any of them actually made BY Mobdark. This is a drop ship company selling you cheap fast fashion. When i called the number on their site, the number was not in service. When i contacted their support team, it was left unanswer. Do yourself the right thing and avoid purchasing from this company. If you truly want the items, just type "gothic" into alibaba and you'll find the same products for a fraction of the price.

I really liked the product but it was to small. I probably ordered the wrong size. It’s a quality product for sure.

The rings i received were really poor quality, overpolished, thin and arrived smaller than as shown in the pictures.
The bracelets had sharp edges, as if the just clipped off a part of the metal, and also didn't look as advertised.
The Chains were extremely poor quality and they intentionally didn't show the entire product in the pictures, to hide the weak spots.

Additionally it seems that they steal designs from other brands aswell, since I've seens certain products else where before.

I would like to leave a wonderful review for MobDark. Their customer service was absolutely amazing and helped me a lot with a shipping issue I had. In particular, Anna Williams was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She immediately took action and assisted me with great patience and availability until the problem was resolved.

It’s rare to find such attentive and supportive customer service, and I truly appreciate the time and care they dedicated to helping me.

Additionally, their product is exceptional. I bought it as a gift for a very special person, and I’m sure it will make a fantastic impression.

I bought two necklaces, they didn’t arrive. Tracking hasn’t been updated for two weeks. I’ve contacted them with several emails and on the website and got no replies back. Did a search with AI and apparently this company is not even from the US. It’s from China. I filed a dispute with my bank. Big scammers, stay away from them.

Il y’a même des défauts cachés. Par exemple, les boucles d’oreilles que j’ai achetés sont creuse à l’arrière. Il n’y a donc qu’une face de visible. Ils se sont bien gardé de montrer une photo de l’arrière.

Have purchased several rings from them, one broke, they replaced it for free with friendly communication and fast shipping

I ordered two lockets for Valentines presents. No reviews I could find said anything negative about the quality and the websites pictures looked decent. I trusted what they said about the material. They arrived and the locket is cheap and light metal. Feels drop shipped from China. So much for “California based”. I’m extremely disappointed.
