I ordered in January and it took 2 weeks until I received email about the order being sent. However, the day before I received the order being sent confirmation, I emailed them that I'd like to cancel the order. Instead of replying to my mail, they just sent the order. It has been several weeks and they still haven't replied to my mail. Instead, two months later, I receive Chinese trash. Using clever scam tactics where they put the material in the title, but list it as a different material at the bottom of the description. Cheap material for a high price. Not worth buying anything from this site.

I would give many more stars if I could. I ordered a blue Celtic ring and I am in LOVE with it. I had my ring a week after I ordered it and it's made very well. I definitely will be ordering more jewelry from these people. Highly recommend. Thank you GTHIC, keep up the magnificent work

I bought over $200 of their jewelery and they have delivered it to the wrong address. Address was correct at time of purchase. I have contacted them nearly a dozen times, but THEY DO NOT RESPOND. DO NOT BUY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Trash. No other word to describe the experience.

Placed an order and paid them almost 3 months ago. Didn’t receive anything up to this moment.

Tried reaching out to them in every way possible but with no response whatsoever. So that will take us to what I started with (TRASH)

Have ordered 3 rings from them, all great quality and prices for what you get. Have received many compliments on them.

I've ordered from a here a few times. Shipping is always fast. Items are exactly as shown and of high quality. And I love the boxes they send them in! Great selection, never had a problem. I will definitely order again! 5 stars!!!

I love Gthic's website. I love rings and there are so many cool ones to choose from. It is fun just browsing so many choices. Prices are reasonable, and the rings are well made and just plain cool.

I recieved my order but the jewlry (rings) were too small. All I want is to swap the same rings for something larger, however they have not responded to my emils or messages. Ive sent multiple emails. Still nothing. Ive given it plenty of time. Ill pay whatever the cost to return and get a swap. But theyre clearly unwilling to work with me. I shouldve read customer service reviews ahead of time. It seems like a scam with how they are handling it(not handling it at all) its really sad.

I mistakenly ordered the incorrect size for the 'Eye of Sauron' ring on 19th of November 2025 and the ring was way too large.
I contacted GTHIC and asked to exchange the ring for a smaller ring.

Their support was both efficient & professional.

Gthic.com offered a 50% discount to make a second purchase of the correct size ring to save me all the shipping fees if I was to request an exchange.

I was happy with the offer and took them up on it.
I used their complimentary ring sizing tool (that they sent with the ring).
I used the ring sizing tool at least three times to triple check my ring size and very carefully made sure that the ring would be a snug fit on my finger.

I then placed my order on 3rd December for the correct size according to the ring sizing tool and waited in eager anticipation.

The second ring finally arrived however I was very disappointed to find that it was fitting loosely & still too large for me to wear.

The label attached to the ring matched what I ordered, however it didn't fit as expected.

I suspect that it may have something to do with the fact that the shaft of the ring is actually an oval shape and not round.

GTHIC offered to send me a smaller size at no cost to help rectify the situation.
I took a guess at which size to have sent to me this time based on how much larger the other ring was and asked for them to send me a size 11.

The ring arrived quite quickly after it was dispatched and fortunately the ring now fits perfectly!

Thank you to GTHIC for going the extra mile for me and their support service was great with their communication!

I am now super happy with the ring and how it looks!

I joined GTHIC's affiliate program with the good intention of promoting their products and have generated valid orders in accordance with the terms. However, my commission has been overdue for a long time and has yet to be paid, despite numerous attempts to contact them. The lack of clear responses and failure to fulfill commitments has disappointed me and raised questions about the transparency of this affiliate program. I recommend that publishers carefully consider before joining or referring GTHIC affiliates.

I made a $90 purchase and never received it. Shipping information shows that they sent my order to a vacant post office box in Ohio. I live in Alaska. Needless to say, USPS sent it back to the company. I contacted customer support and explained the situation. Customer support assured me that they would ship the order to my correct address after it was returned. I confirmed my address and waited. A few weeks later, I received an email saying my package was delivered. It was. To the same vacant PO Box in Columbus, Ohio. Wtf?! I double checked my original order confirmation and my correct post office box was attached to the order. I really cannot understand what they did. Im requesting a refund. Wish me luck.

Ordered a Witcher ring on 6th dec arrived in uk 19th dec very good design and quality,exactly like the picture not some cheaper version, now I know what I’m dealing with will prob order the silver version at a later date. I will definitely buy again and recommend to people ,always kept in the loop with delivery and progress..vey rare these days.!! Btw in uk not us.

AVOID. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. I ordered almost one month ago. On their site it states that shipping time is 6 to 11 business days after processing. My order was shipped on Nov. 25, almost $200 worth of jewelry for a performance event yesterday. I've never rec'd it, had to go out locally and purchase the same. Do you know what their way of responding to their LIES re: shipping is??? A certificate for $19.99. I am going to try to prevent them from selling in America. So sick of these SCAM ARTISTS.

I received my package of rings and all came the same size which is not how I ordered them. When I reached out to customer service they told me I was responsible for the cost of sending them back and the cost of receiving the new ones. The quality of the spinner rings is trash. They don't spin and the sizes are wrong. The company needs to cover this as it is their teams fault for sending the wrong sizes and for the horrible quality of rings.Thank, Eunice for horrible email where this person tries to scam me out of more money.

Velvet Slimming Warm Faux Fur Long Coat is what I ordered in a size 3xl. I found this site through a search for womens coats.
The coat came with a label saying boy or girl.and the size. The coat is beautiful and lined but for a child.
They say I will have to pay shipping on the coat to return it.
What a mess!
