Bought a pair of earrings and a maintenance kit from them. They arrived it a small solid box that protects them perfectly. The earrings are gorgeous. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I have purchased several items and all are very good quality with great attention to detail. The only drawback is the mentor time to receive orders. Just ordered an eagle head bell. Hoping it arrives sooner.

I've bought from them other times, and the order was ok, arrived a bit later than expected but whatever.
The last time I ordered 100€ worth of goods, I received the free gift in an unexpectedly short time, then their courier failed to deliver the actual order twice saying "invalid address" and simply returning it back to sender. I wonder how it was wrong when the free gift was delivered with no problems. The seller refounded me 70€ and that was it. Lost trust in the seller.

I received my scorpion earrings and cuttlefish box opener from coppertistwu. The quality is superb and delivery time was great too. The customer service I receive from this company is fantastic. I will definitely buy again from this company.

I have finally received my products after over 2 months when I was told it would take them 4 weeks to make my customized product. Despite this and the, at first, slow communication from the help desk, I have received all of my products and they are as shown on the site. I'm really happy to finally have what I ordered and they did send me a gift for my complaint to customer service, but I can't wear them unfortunately (metal allergies). If you want to order from Coppertist.WU, be aware that responses from the help team can be slow, delivery can be slow, but I did finally get delivered my products as expected. Happy to not be scammed :D

Product's craftmanship is amazing, incredible attention to details and beautiful execution. Honestly this is one of my favorite online stores. Shipping to Europe tends to take 2 weeks although lately it's being a bit faster than that (~9 days max.) Communication with the team is very good, and you can always contact them via Instagram message too. Even won a couple free items already by participating in their games via the Instagram groups.

Lieferung hat lange gedauert (ca. 2 Monate). Ich wurde aber über die lange Produktionsdauer informiert.
Kundendienst hat bei Rückfrage schnell geantwortet und die Qualität der Ringe ist super!

I placed an order on 02/16 to get a ring as a gift by 03/08. Their website says it will take 8-10 business days to deliver to my address—still enough window if it will be delayed. On 1st March, I still didn’t get my order. I contacted them several timess with support and they told me I’ll get my order before 03/08 100%.

So, on 03/07 and I still don’t have my order. I contacted them and they say we can’t find your order! On next day they texted me that they have some technical issues and they lose my order but they gonna send me a new one with the gift - for bad experience.

On 03/12 I asked them again where is my order. They said we canceled that. We are delighted to know that you still have an interest in our products. We recommend placing a new order for the items you are interested in. Please be aware that the processing time for reorders is estimated to be 10-15 business days.

We sincerely appreciate your ongoing support and understanding.

UPDATE 19.02.2024: Coppertistwu refunded me the money despite the parcel did not arrive at the warehouse. Nice gesture, thank you Coppertistwu.
Not the exact amount was refunded though, maybe due to some discounts etc.
To be fair, DHL still did not answer me regarding the fact that my parcel dies not have Shipped status in USPS. Anyway, this shall not be the customer's duty to take care of such things. I've dedicated around a working day in total to this return, and this is far beyond 75 euro.

UPDATE 17.02.2024: I had to to the investigation with DHL to find out they received my parcel, though they claim they didn't. 3 MONTH!!!!! No return, no warranty, nothing. Money just gone. What kind of business makes returns the responsibility of a customer? A scam one.

Most excruciating return I ever had. Weighting and making photos of every item, filling the customs declaration, 16 euro for sending back!!!!

If you are in EU, DO NOT ORDER, unless you are 100% sure you will not return. I made a mistake with the sizes of the ring. I had to:
1. Wait 2 weeks to get the purchase from China, but that's ok
2. Pack everything up and write an email, than wait a day for an answer.
3. No, they did not give me the back address, instead, they asked what is wrong.
4. Explaining why I want to return only to receive another request: I SHALL MAKE PHOTOS OF ALL THE ITEMS and packaging to prove I DID NOT DAMAGE THEM. Now that's what never happened to me ever before!!!!
5. I am finally granted an address and that is USA! This is 12 Euro for the smallest package and THEY REQUIRE TRACKING, so 16 euro.
6. Now since it is USA, I got to fill the CUSTOMS DECLARATION. Describe every item and its WEIGHT.
7. Now, I am also OBLIGED to send them the confirmation that DHL received my package.

No quality deserves this amount of hustle. Btw, the quality is far from what they advertise. The brass is much duller than on pics.

Item showing on website as in stock, placed order.
CopperistWu tells me there is not stock and production is halted and there is no indication of then it will be ready.
Ghosts me for days.
Tells me my mail went to trash and that's why they didn't reply.
Continues to ghost me.
Asks me to change to something else and does not want to refund.

Sito web all'apparenza superfornito e con prodotti di qualità che scrivono essere fatti su misura e quindi a mano. L'unico piccolo problema è che il mio articolo non è mai arrivato, ormai è più di 1 MESE che aspetto la consegna.
Contattando l'assistenza Coppertistwu mi rispondono scaricando completamente le responsabilità sul corriere cinese con cui io in qualche modo dovrei mettermi in contatto...

Allora già io fatto che l'articolo venga spedito dalla Cina mi fa capire che voi non vendete altro che fuffa ma a 4 volte tanto, fortunatamente ho acquistato con PayPal.

Valuterò se tentare un nuovo acquisto per confermare anche la scarsa qualità oltre che serietà e aggiornerò la recensione di conseguenza (ma ovviamente sempre con PayPal 😊).

Ich habe bei diesem Shop via Paypal bezahlt und auch deren Paketversicherung abgeschlossen, um sicher zu gehen. Nach 2.5 Wochen war das Päckchen erstaunlicherweise schon da, obwohl es aus Hong Kong angeliefert wurde.
Das Produkt selber hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Wer kennt es nicht? Im Onlineshop sieht alles wesentlich hochwertiger aus als in echt, aber nicht in diesem Onlineshop! Das Produkt war genauso beeindruckend wie auf den Bildern. Damit ist dieser Onlineshop tatsächlich mein liebster.

AGGIORNAMENTO
(subito dopo questa recensione sono stato invitato dall'azienda alla modifica di quest'ultima in cambio di un rimborso)

L'arrivo in ritardo del secondo pacco (il primo è stato smarrito) è solo la punta dell'iceberg.

Qualità pessima, sembra di aver comprato un orecchino da una qualsiasi bancherella ambulante con la differenza di averlo pagato 10 volte tanto.

Nel mio caso avevo acquistato degli orecchini a forma di serpente dorato e non appena presi in mano avevo notato subito la pessima costruzione, non erano nemmeno perfettamente circolari e di conseguenza non si chiudono bene assicurando un sicuro smarrimento al primo movimento brusco.

Per non parlare dei materiali, definirli pessimi è un complimento, dopo nemmeno una settimana diventano verdi, e la soluzione fornita dall'azienda è stata quella di affidarsi a molteplici soluzioni banali e monentane descritte sul loro sito, tra cui: pulire con spazzolino e dentifricio. Soluzione efficace ma dopo nemmeno un paio di giorni ritornano verdi che sembrano muffa. Non mi sembra normale che debba stare a pulire degli orecchini ogni 3 giorni per evitare di avere un orecchio apparentemente lercio.

Oltre la pessima qualità l'azienda non risponde all'email in modo chiaro e veloce. Tergiversano per darti delle risposte efficaci e non forniscono mai una soluzione immediata.

Semplice dire che non acquisterò mai più da loro
