Delivery was very quick! I have bought a few pieces from here in the last year and enjoyed them all. But this one was pretty incredible! My Mom and I purchased The Beating Heart Pendant for my gf as a gift. Whe she opened it, we BOTH freaked out with the attention to detail and the museum-quality level of craftsmanship! Each piece works so intrically together as both form and function - we were spellbound by its unique blend of artistry and charm! Looking forward to purchasing The Mechanical Heart Pendant for myself next week!

Absolutely dropped shipped items not being made by the brand. There's literally no photos or videos showing them making these items, just a few generic "making something" media pieces. You can see these items on places like AliExpress. They actively delete comments on their instagram if you comment about their items being dropshipped; instead of proving they're not, they actively avoid that discussion at all. Foolish to buy this brand thinking it's handmade and high quality.

Eine schlechte Erfahrung hat ganz klar DHL fabriziert. Der Kundenservice hat mich hier jedoch sehr gut unterstütz und ich konnte meine Ware auch erhalten.

Der stätig wachsende Katalog ist mega - kaum habe ich was schönen gefunden und bestellt, kommt wieder ein neues Teil, bei dem man schwach wird.

I ordered a heart pendant based on the picture in the ad, was sent a different pendant. When I questioned this I was told the pendant I ordered was a special order, took longer and cost more. This was not made clear in the ad. All this being said, the pendant I received is well-made and arrived in a timely manner. My rating is based on the fact that they seem to be guilty of bait and switch and would not make it right.

I bought one magnetic soldier and one mechanical heart and absolutely love them. Especially the mechanical heart. I got these both during their promotion sales which made the deal very good value, free shipping and 20% off. I gave 4/5 stars because without promotions, their items are priced on the high side and their customized items rarely qualify for discounts.

It’s a beautiful piece. I love my heart pendant and the engraving I had put there. The service was great and the brass mechanical heart is something I’ve never had before.

I've bought a number of items from Coppertistwu over the past few years, and every purchase has been good quality with very detailed craftmanship. Items are shipped from China, so it's a bit longer wait than your typical Amazon purchase, but my last order took about 1.5 weeks - not bad.
The one thing that is not ideal is some of the advertising emails - I recently had one that stated I had a certain number of points worth so much off an order, but that was factually incorrect. When I contacted them about the discrepancy, they stated to check my points on the website - which was accurate, but FAR less than the amount stated in the advertising email. Their response didn't seem to indicate an understanding that the advertising was off base.
All in all, I'll continue to purchase from them when they come up with a new item I want.

The item was a gift for my partner and due to a scheduling issue, the original package was destroyed by the local carrier and I was devastated. I reached out and Elsa was an absolute superstar. They offered to remake the product and to resend it to a different adresse. Given this was a birthday gift, I was so so happy to see it arrive on time and in perfect condition. My partner loves it!
