Great experience here, excellent staff, deserves to be 5 stars! Great cars I love mine so much! Ish especially was really helpful!

never ever shop with these people they mess about too much, went to see a white Kia Sportage, car was advertised for 15,000, kept pressuring us into buying the car even though the car wasn't even in their hands yet, when the car arrived the next day it was dusty not cleaned up literally nothing good about it it was advertised as immaculate but had dents, plastic was caving, car had service lights on and was in no state, with a little bit of research we found out it was brought for 9,000 from an auction, never ever buy from these shady sellers. They said if you want the car repaired cleaned and ready it would cost an extra £800 on top of retail price.

Great service, trustworthy cars!

This is a car that this company sold me as a genuine vehicle but they didn’t tell me that it’s been salvaged twice from a salvage yard once in 2024 and again in 2025 Ive got loads of proof these people should not be allowed to sell anything to the public I’ve read on here that their is other people with engine light issues if you still have proof of buying your car it’s not to late to do a HPI check and if the date of it being written off is before the date he sold it you you have a case against them you have up to six years to report this kind of criminal activity. My car was was damaged and sent to a salvage written off Then this car had been flooded been submerged in water and written off and sent to another salvage yard were these bought it and put it back on the road which is illegal could have killed me and my kids at anytime Been in touch with this guy and had the cheek to advise me on keeping the car serviced properly After what he as done. Do not buy from Car City Luton they are fraudsters

After messing us around for visits (closing for Friday prayers without telling us), the car we came to visit had higher mileage than advertised, and no FSH, despite advert. They then tried to add a £300 'admin fee' for the sale. Avoid these dishonest dealers.

I went to buy a car with them the stuff where there very nice good services. However after buying the car with them they gave me wrong information about the car it has 6 owners and they said the car has one owner and it has other faults and contacted them few times but they change their behaviour saying they dont know me and they sold the car so it my problem i shouldn't bother them I wouldn't even drive the car for a month and it cost me lot of money to fix engine, tyre and other mechanical damage with the car as I was not able to resell the car with all those problems
