Cabo Verde Airlines Arvostelua 

leggendo le recensioni prima di partire ero un po' titubante, ma tutto sommato il viaggio è andato bene.
Non ci sono i servizi tecnologici, no tv, no intrattenimento audio, Boing 737 spazio limitato per le gambe per quelle persone alte come me. Partenza in orario sia andata che ritorno ( in anticipo) Il personale gentile e puntuale.

Worst airline I’ve ever travelled with, and I travel a lot all over the world! They change schedules frequently, 0 response from customer service (you won’t get on the phone with anyone even of you try 100 calls), most rude, entitled staff, all hand luggage you can bring is 8kgs total and they weigh everything at check in (which you can’t do online) AND before boarding the plane, they make you pay 100€ at check in if you have above that weight (which you can’t even pay at the counter, you have to go to another area of the airport, wait in an endless line, and then go back to check in), lots of issues with payment upon reservation, and I’ve even heard a staff member screaming at customers claiming they were rude because they haven’t said ‘good morning’ (they were waiting for her to raise her eyes at them!!) and trying to teach them a lesson to arrive at the airport 3h30 earlier than the flight (they were waiting in lines for 1h because of the hand luggage issue and having to purchase it from another place in the airport than the check in counter!!!) The audacity is insane. And then the flight was late with absolutely no warning. Don’t travel with them, there’s many other companies flying to cabo verde (TAP, Sata, Easyjet) and you’ll be way better off with them (and in the end it will be cheaper for you too).

4 times delay in one day. What a bad compagny

Annulation de dernière minute entre Santiago et Sao Nicolau puis le lendemain on n’a pu prendre un vol réservé entre Santiago et Sao Vicente car surbooking de la part de la compagnie.
Personnel peu empathique.
On a perdu 2 jours et nous avons dû réorganiser notre voyage.
Seule bonne nouvelle: on a pu se faire rembourser des frais induits par ces annulations en plus de l’ hébergement à Praia dans le mois qui a suivi notre retour.
Le conseil des locaux est de ne pas prévoir plus que 3 déplacements inter îles tant les annulations ou retards sont fréquents !

Honte, honte
Petite nana petit chef taxe à la tête du client pour soi disant excès de poids bagage...racket....Arnaque

Cabo Verde cancelled our flight VR643 six weeks before departure (booking 571565731). We opted for the refund. Four months later we haven't received any refund. The claims department referred us to refundflycva, but we get no reaction from them. We asked the claims department for a name and telephone number at the refund department. WE DIDN'T GET this information so far. No help to send us from here to there. WE SHOULD GET THE REFUND WE ARE ENTITLED TO UNDER EUROPEAN LEGISLATION.
WE READ IN THE REVIEWS on tripadvisor and trustpilot that MANY OTHERS experienced this in the last 6 years at least.

WE CONTACTED THE EU IN ORDER TO SUBMIT A FORMAL COMPLAINT AND WE PLAN TO COMMISSION A LAWYER IF NECESSARY.

Compagnie a eviter 🤦‍♂️ mon sejour a cabo verde a doublé pour 2kg en trop dans mes bagages .... c est pas possible!

notre vol entre Sao Filipe et Praia , annulé par la compagnie au dernier moment , ne nous a jamais été remboursé malgré nos demandes par mail au service clients ;

Andata aereo non nuovissimo, servizio ed equipaggio nella norma, arrivato puntuale
Ritorno si attende in aeroporto per conoscere il Gate, ma nulla dopo parecchio viene inserito nuovo orario di partenza, da quel momento il nulla.
Nessun avviso, nè informazione da parte della compagnia.
Partiti con più di due ore di ritardo dopo le 13.00 ora locale.
A bordo viene servito non un pasto ma una colazione, davvero striminzita, da tener presente che arriveremo a Bergamo dopo le 20.
Non sono mai passati con caffè o tè, ed alcuni passeggeri sono andati direttamente nella cucina a chiederli.
E successivamente non hanno effettuato un altro servizio di bevande.
Aereo parecchio vecchiotto.
In conclusione se potete, evitate questa compagnia!!!

Mon vol de janvier 2020 a connu un retour à Orly après 20 min de vol pour cause d'un problème technique qui a engendré une nuit à l'hôtel + un changement d'avion pour un nouveau départ le lendemain avec évidemment à l' arrivée un énorme retard. J'ai eu une promesse écrite d'indemnisation de 600,00 euros et depuis aucun règlement. Ils sont impossible à joindre et ne répondent plus aux mails. dernier mail novembre 2024. Lamentable !

Hi have a nerve cracking experience with booking a return flights from Sal to Praia for family of 4. It looks like I was scammed.
I tried to booked tickets online but there was an error 500. So I contact the airline and they told me that they hold the reservation and I can do bank transfer. Do I did that and I haven't heard from them since. It's been about a week now. I'm desperately trying to contact them via email as they don't have UK customer support number, but without any success. Very stressful to say at least .

Un miracle est arrivé !!!
Avons été remboursés des 2/3 de notre voyage de avril 2020!!! Soit quasi 5 ans après !

Ho prenotato un volo con questa compagnia, sono pessimi, hanno rovinato il viaggio dei miei 40 anni. Non sono mai partito e sto aspettando un rimborso, dopo diverse mail e telefonate promettono e poi scompaiono … davvero una delusione!!

La compagnia aerea peggiore mai presa. Venduti biglietti per voli inesistenti e impossibilità di farsi rimborsare. Questo è successo a me e altre centinaia di passeggeri nell'agosto 2024.
Volo previsto per le 8 del mattino, siamo rimasti al gate fino alle 16.30 senza la minima assistenza ne' comunicazione da parte della compagnia. Dopo oltre 8 ore di attesa vana, siamo stati stivati assieme alle valige in furgoncini senza le minime misure di sicurezza: un furgoncino da 20 posti veniva riempito al punto che le persone dovevano sedersi sui trolley. Destinazione, un hotel della periferia con promessa di ripartire l'indomani. Il giorno successivo, stessa identica proceura e giornata intera persa all'aeroporto. Il terzio giorno, ancora nessun volo, abbiamo deciso di cambiare destinazione.

Ho immediatamente contattato il servizio clienti per il rimborso e, dopo un paio di trasferimenti tra un servizio e l'altro, tutto si è bloccato. Nonostante parecchi solleciti, piu' nessuna risposta.

Risultato: vacanze rovinate e 800€ persi.

La compagnia è in malafede, mi stupisce che possa volare in Europa.

Dramatisch slecht. Wij boekten een binnenlandse vlucht van Fogo naar Sao Vincente via Praia. Een kleine week voor vertrek heeft cabo verde Airlines de vlucht Praia, Sao Vincente van 19:00 ve zet naar 09:00 in de ochtend. Deze konden wij natuurlijk niet halen omdat we dan nog op Fogo (Sao Filipe) waren. Ik heb de maatschappij 3 x gemaild en tig x geprobeert te bellen zoals bezocht maar geen reactie en de maatschappij was niet bereikbaar. Uiteindelijk zijn we op eigen kosten eenmaal in Kaapverdië naar de maatschappij gegaan op de luchthaven van Praia. De reactie was dat het meestal fout gaat?! 😡 Ze kon een nieuwe aansluiting boeken die niet op de website stond... Dit kon niet geprint worden want de printer was al 6 maanden stuk. Dan maar mailen wat een half uur duurde en uiteindelijk door een fout stonden Bruder tickets op mijn naam en niet 2 op mijn en 1 op mijn partners naam. Weer een poging, weer een half uur wachten, geregeld. De kosten voor de taxi betaalden ze niet. Stuur maar een mail naar de maatschappij was de reactie voor een refund?! Kortom vlieg niet me Cabo Verde Airlines binnenlands, want 't is een nachtmerrie!

This has to be the worst airline I booked my flight with ever.
My flight both ways was changed and so far, 3 weeks on, no refund. They dont answer they phone (Tel:+238 350 0150), they dont reply to my emails
I am trying now to check in online and my booking reference is not working on their useless website.
I would for sure not recommend thi airline.

Fuyez cette compagnie si vous pouvez.
C'est une honte absolue. Ils voient à l'aéroport un handicapé en chaise roulante le personnel leur fait payer un extra de 60euros pour leur sac à main. Comment peuvent t-ils se regarder dans un miroir le soir en se comportant avec tant de mepris pour l'être humain et profiter sur eux ainsi ? Une honte ABSOLUE. ils ne méritent pas d'exercer leur mentalité et leur manque de professionnalisme est à vomir.

Cette compagnie est une arnaque, moi j’ai souscrit à un forfait pour être remboursé en cas de non vol, j’ai écris à la compagnie aérienne ensuite pour être remboursé mais j’ai patienter pendant plusieurs mois sans succès. Et aussi ils ne répondent jamais ni aux appels téléphoniques, ni aux emails
Je ne recommande pas et je les poursuivrais si j’avais vraiment eu l’occasion
