It’s a great and diligent site for serious travelers. Frequently notifications on deals and very helpful and friendly customer support!

Going gives me the ideas and then I have to do a little further research. My limitation is that I leave from a major East Coast airport that has very few offers.

I accidentially signed up and Going.com refunded me 100%, Easy to use the app and worked quickly. If

I’ve been using the free version for a few years now, so I’ve been able to see what kind of deals Going publishes. This year I upgraded to a paid subscription and I’ve already booked two major international flights and considered several others, via their app. The deals are legitimate and I appreciate the honesty in which they tell you about the deal so you can better determine if now is the time or to wait.

I am not one to leave reviews, but unfortunately, I feel that I have to given the situation. I knowingly signed up for Going's yearly subscription and was charged the yearly fee 3 times in less than a month. I contacted Going and provided them with everything they asked for (card information, any other emails, etc) and they said that they werent able to locate the charges. I even sent them the bank statements showing the charges. I was ignored and repeatedly told "we cant locate the charge". Our membership is cancelled so we were able to enjoy our yearly membership for 3 weeks and are out 3x the advertised amount and hoping we do not get charged again.

So, they had my cc number because I at ONE POINT a long time ago, had premium, then I downgraded to their 'free' level. Only to find a $49 charge on my cc today. Will fight it.

Going is great if you are flexible as to where you want to go and/or when. With where I work vacation time is approved over a year beforehand with little approval for last minute time off. Well, we want to go everywhere in the world we can during those times approved. Going helps us find the great deals for the dates. It's so exciting to go and look, get the push notifications when there is a new deal, and of course the mistake fare deals. This is well worth the money. Have had it for 2 years and people still keep asking how we find our flight deals.

I run the sales team at a SaaS company. Seeing another ethical company like Going.com being around was amazing.

I had forgotten to cancel my renewal (as usual) - and without any hassle, or questions, or complex UI trickery, Going let me cancel, and get a refund, all in a few easy steps.

They definately have deals - but I never found any for the times I was traveling so it didn't seem like it was really helping me.

I got some great flight from them saved a lot of money over the years. Just don't fly Etihad. Rip off airlines

I’ve been a Going member for 5 great years now and I can honestly say it completely changed how I travel.

Before joining, international trips felt like something you had to save years for. I assumed flights were just expensive and that was that. Going showed me that the price you pay often just depends on when you know about the deal.

Because of their alerts, I’ve booked flights to places I never thought I could afford — including Europe (went to the Christmas Markets in 5 countries) and multiple international destinations (Iceland, Guatemala, Colombia, Tanzania, Thailand, etc.) — for prices that were sometimes cheaper than a domestic trip. I’m not talking about gimmicks or impossible itineraries either. These were real airlines, normal routes, and very doable travel plans.

What I appreciate most is the timing. They don’t just show random cheap flights — they send them when they’re actually worth booking. I’ve learned to “buy the ticket and figure out the rest later,” and it has opened up the world to me.

The membership has paid for itself many times over on a single trip. For anyone who wants to travel but thinks flights are out of reach, this service genuinely removes that barrier.

Going didn’t just help me save money. It gave me the confidence to see more of the world.

Ps. I’m heading to Central America tomorrow to get away from the cold and relax on the beach! :)

Going always comes through with some terrific deals. Best travel app out there.

They offer prompt service when there is an issue. Most companies seem to have forgotten about that, any kind of service as well. Anyway, I signed up for an annual plan, the Premium, and so far so good. I have not used any flight deals yet, but for the money on the premium plan, just one deal will more than pay for the membership.

The folks at Going responded quickly to my inquiry and provide some great trip ideas. When I already knew the dates and destination I wanted to fly, this app was not what I needed. But if I have any flexibility in my itinerary (or bank account) I will be using this app!

When I had questions, responses were in same day. When I had a billing question, the solution was accomplished quickly!

Tried to subscribe, wanted to try for 2 weeks first. Apple Pay doesn’t work. Just reverts back to payment page.
Nevermind, it was just my time that was wasted.

I’ve been a member of Going since 2020 when it was still called Scott’s cheap flights. I’ve so much from them! I’ve actually learned pretty much how they do what they do but it sure is nice having someone else constantly watching for the great deals. Going not only is a great service, but also a great travel educator.
