I ordered a catering barbecue on next day delivery for an event later the same week.
After immediate order confirmation, I got a dispatch email the next day. 2 days later, having recieved nothing, I contacted the company asking where it was, to be told it wasn't in stock and had been placed on back order. Pretty rubbish service really...

Ordered a new tumbler dryer
Ordered a new tumbler dryer, this was delivered with a huge dent in the side of it. There was no damage to the packaging, but as it was outside of there 24 check period I was advised that they would not replace the dryer.
Then Electrolux said they would replace it as a sign of good will, great, but now I have already used it, so back to being stuck with and expensive dryer with huge dent and broken top.
So bad advice from them to start with and then poor service from Electrolux who had obviously packaged a very damaged machine.
A partial refund is a joke £50 on a machine over £1000.

Dreadful Service
I purchased a water softener in July 2024, they came and fitted it without checking the water pressure outlined in the manual, it has broken and apparently that’s my fault. After phoning several times to ask for someone to come and look at it I was told they didn’t have any engineers available. Customer service is appalling. Do not trust this company.

Good afternoon
I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the installation of the water softener carried out in July 2024.
Unfortunately, as previously explained, we are unable to offer any warranty in relation to this installation due to the length of time that has elapsed since the work was completed. In addition, there is no evidence of negligence or faulty workmanship that would make us liable for the issue you have raised.
When the water softener was installed, the incoming water pressure would have been within the correct operating range. As mentioned previously, water pressure can fluctuate over time and may change for reasons outside of anyone's control. If the pressure had been outside the acceptable range at the time of installation, my engineer would have advised you accordingly and would not have proceeded with the installation until the issue had been resolved.
If, as you have mentioned, the water pressure is only too high during the night, it may be worth changing the regeneration time so that it takes place in the morning before your busy period begins. This should help to avoid the regeneration cycle occurring when the water pressure is at its highest.
