Buzz has the product we wanted (a flip-top glass bottle of about 300ml capacity) but the website has a very poor search facility. That meant that unless we could match the search text exactly with the name of a product which we did not yet know, it was unsuccessful.
Having laboriously scrolled through all the glass bottles and found what we wanted we were pleased with the price, quality, and packaging of the bottles, which made up for the difficulty of buying them.

All good here , glasses quality was great and well packed , delivery a bit slow the only slight negative bit apart from that everything else was good 👍

I ordered items required for a catering job I was doing. When they didn't arrive on the date expected, I called and spoke to a member of the customer service team, who didn't mention that part of the order wasn't in stock and they were waiting for it to be available before shipping the whole order. I therefore was led to believe it would still arrive by the latest date I needed them for. I then followed up with a second call to customer service to double check and was given the correct information by a different member of staff. This lady could not have been more helpful. She arranged for the items that were in stock to be delivered the following day, with the remainder as soon as it was back in stock. This meant I could do the catering with what I had already. I'm extremely grateful to that kind lady, who understood my dilemma and did her utmost not to let me down. Thank you!

This is my first order from Buzz Catering after being recommended by a friend and the whole experience has been brilliant. The website is clear, accurate and easy to use. Delivery was within days and the packing was excellent - no damage at all. I absolutely love my Rustico Vintage set and will definitely be using Buzz Catering again as I add to my set. Would definitely recommend using this company.

Already happy with previously ordered Churchill Stonecast in Duck Egg Blue (Dinner plates, and two sizes of side plates). These have been in use of couple of years with no cracks/chips etc. so I decided to complete the set by addiing 6 x large bowls.

I'm running a community cafe and have found the prices at Buzz to be very competitive. We bought a new collection of coffee cups and they came on time, look great and are good value for money.

I waited for 7 days, I rang buzz to find out my package had been damaged and returned to courier, after chasing I received the same damaged package, which had been put in a plastic bag to curtail the leaking items. Not impressed.

I decided I needed to buy a Mouli to cope with an enormous tomato harvest, and found a lot of ones shown on various shopping feeds had negative feedback for being flimsy and not worth the money. I plumped for one from Buzz Catering as they provide professional catering establishments, so the products must be good quality to stand up to daily use, and their pricing was very reasonable. I also ordered labels and blue plasters whilst I was on their site, it's a very comprehensive variety of products they sell.
Delivery was very quick, and I am thrilled with my Mouli. It's the first time I've had one, the quality is great, it's easy to use, a doddle to clean, and made passata very quickly. Can't wait for the next tomatoes to ripen!
I will definitely turn to Buzz for other items when I need kitchen items.

We are a small charity who paid nearly £600 for a stainless steel kitchen cabinet which arrived dented. Buzz Supplies would not replace it as they seem to have a clause/returns policy of 48 hrs, furthermore they would only refund us £60. Not impressed at all!

Nightmare experience purchasing from BUZZ for a charity.

I have proof of the experience with everything documented. I only say this as the experience with Buzz was so bad i wouldn't be surprised if they claim to the contrary for points raised below. I will also be making an subject access request to support everything that i say in addition to the documented emails that i have.

My friends and i contribute monthly to purchase a for a charity that provides hot food daily with no questions asked to anyone that needs it. I had £630’ish to spend. Contacted Buzz and made it clear in the communications several times (which i have records of and can share to prove) that i need food foil containers and lids. I also gave them all the details of the charity again in writing.

It all then started to go wrong. I’m not a professional purchaser but do my best and in the past few years have dealt with many wholesalers and suppliers to spend the contributions to help the less fortunate. No supplier has been less helpful or arrogant as buzz which can be attributed to their sales staff, particularly Hannah.

Even though every email communication ( and i’ll explain why all comms were via email shortly) had the title ‘6a foil lids and containers’, the body of the email contained me clearly stating several times i need lids and containers the invoice was sent through without lids.

I accept that i should have checked the invoice but how does an established company ignore every communication and get it so wrong? And what followed was so dis-heartening and shocking tbh.

1) Would not talk to me on the phone. I called several times and was told to email or wait for the email response. Surely that is wrong!

2) Took an unnecessary long time to respond to emails which is documented.

3) Once only foil containers and lids were received i tried to work with Hannah to figure out how we could rectify. She would ignore my request to help me calculate how many container returns i could make to get the right amount of lids. I have it in email where i am literally pleading with Hannah to help me with the calculation and she would reply with ‘you must tell me how many’ or just ignore me. As i said, i am not a professional buyer or business man so unit price, VAT, discounts, wholesale calculations don't come naturally but how on earth can a sales team ignore requests to support that process?

4) Hannah told me ‘we’ as in Buzz are only waiving the admin return fee for containers because i was purchasing the required lids from them. So, they ignore the many clear callouts on purchase requirements, wont talk on the phone, wont help with a calculation and on top of that want to make out they are doing me a favour. No goodwill or recognition that their own sales people ignored the clearly stated requirements.

5) Not once did they show empathy or even any understanding or admit that they missed the purchase requirements called out clearly in every email.

Like the Tin Man, Buzz have no heart. They didn’t care about charity etc. They want your money and after sales support is non-existent. Their Sales team are by far the worst sales team i have ever dealt with. Rude and arrogant. I’m gutted for the charity that i made the mistake of spending what eventually turned out to around £800 with them as i was so upset by the experience i didnt want to deal with them so didn't return the excess containers. As i said, not a professional purchaser so forgive the emotion.

I do not take giving 1 star lightly or writing a negative review. I am conscious of peoples livelihoods and that my feedback can have an adverse impact but on this occasion its a must. I need to warn you not to use Buzz! As i stated, i can back up everything i have said in this review with proof.

We appreciated the clear information, ease of ordering and reliable delivery. Most of all we like the product!

Very disappointing experience.

I ordered cleaning supplies which were advertised as **next-day delivery**. However, some of the items took a week to arrive, while another part of the order took around three weeks — and some items were never delivered at all.

I also ordered a work table, which arrived late and **damaged**. I have now been chasing this issue for over a month, but still have not received a refund or any reasonable compensation.

The delays, missing items, damaged goods and poor communication have caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Would not use them as not very helpful with after care no body had any knowledge and didn’t wnat to help very poor
